As soon as you walk into the room it smells musty, almost like urine, the floor in the room was dirty and wet at the same time. bed sheets had stains, fan in bathroom did not work at all. bathtub was as dirty as can be, and the towels did not look like they were cleaned in weeks. the parking situation was ridiculous. and lastly the microwave in the room was soo beat up i was afraid to keep it plugged in in fear of getting electrocuted or starting a fire. But the people running it were really nice, but im not paying for the people to be nice im paying for a clean well kept room.

The rooms are supposed to be non smoking but smell like cigarettes inside, the bathtub it’s all broken , there it’s no mirrors in the bathroom, the soup that they gave you literally melt away in your hands with no bubbles lol and the bed was the worst part very uncomfortable and old , never ever again !!!!

I really enjoined my stay here. The receptionists were super nice and the lady that is in charge of the breakfast is so nice and friendly too. The room was clean and no funky smells. The location is close to downtown and to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only gripe was the key card de activated a couple of times.

Room has had a little refresh but the light switch in the bathroom was broken and the ac fan barely worked but it did cool the room off. Overall not bad especially for the price.

You get what you pay for and less. Our room was barely surface clean. The fridge could barely open because it was situated on top of cardbord boxes. The sheets and towels were so old and used there were stains that obviously refused to go away despite being “clean.” There was a hole in our bed lining. A hole. The A/C acted like the creepy furnace in the movie Home Alone, acting out every other hour making it hard to sleep. The Inn is situated right next to a road with lots of traffic at night, meaning it was noisy as hell. Strangers came knocking on our door - twice - at night which was more than uncomfortable. First thing we heard entering the room was “our” neighbor banging for 10 minutes. It sounded like police or security showed up at night. We stayed one night despite having booked two nights only because we were too exhausted to leave the first night after an 8 hour drive. I recommend spending an extra 50 bucks just to get something better.

Dirty bed sheets and walls. No toilet paper provided. Television with no service, you had to sign on to your streaming services to watch. Shower had no caddy for anything, for your soap, shampoo, NOTHING. Restroom had no countertop space. No drawers or hangers to put away clothes. LED lighting was super bright and not adjustable. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in some bad ones.

Please allow keycards to open my room for my whole stay, not just for one day. I came back to my room after working 8 hours and sriving in LA traffic for over 2 hours. I was holding 3 bags and walked upstairs to my hotel room, only to find that my keycard does not work. Very infuriating!

There was a chip on the flooring, entrance to bathroom, potential foot accident. There was no rod or hangars to hang my clothes. Otherwise, quiet, safe hotel room.

Bathroom had a makeup stained towel and someone’s false eyelashes left on the bathtub. There was only one electrical outlet in the entire room that could be used.

The property is really dirty and damaged, the area is unsafe and the people that stay there don’t look like good people. Plus they ask for a deposit when the property is really dirty and damaged. The shower was clogged and nasty.

As I was checking in, I saw someone walking across the Hotel Property apologizing for taking a short cut. I slept good and it was a very quiet room except for the Air conditioning fan that went on all night.

woke up in the morning 3 roaches crawling around on the mini refridge front door by the out side planter saw a dead rat will never stay here again

Was kind of weary of this place given the recent reviews, but regardless needed a place to stay for two nights under 100 bucks a day and this place was golden! sure it isn't 5 stars and doesn't have anything fancy, like breakfast or an outstanding view of the la area but it does the job and at a great price. it was fairly clean, bed was great, had a microwave and mini fridge, kind of tight space but worked for two people, also featured some chairs, table, and a TV. Honestly had a great stay and would definitely consider this hotel if you are on a tight budget and want to get a great location in SoCal right next to LA and Orange County.

The room was not clean when i checked in. We had to wait. The AC was not working very well. Very little air was coming out that we had to open the windows because the room was hot.

We were giving a room with no power outlets the deadbolt didn’t work the hotel had room that it looks like people live there they have pictures frames and it looks a bit scary. I don’t think I would be back here in this hotel

This property does not look anything like the picture. There was one room that was set up close to the picture that was taken. The hotel was dirty. It was smelly and old. There were unsavory characters hanging all around outside of the rooms. My husband and I did not even check in. We saw our room saw the area and immediately left. We told the manager about our experience, but they still charge does the full rate for the two days we were due to be there. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Air conditioning needs to be repaired. Grill was broken and the machine did not cool the room. Room 105.

It was clean and calm beautiful rooms...only thing is that they don't mention security deposit online
