Demar place is spotless, the cleanest hotel we ever been! He was super a helpful host. The hotel driver was amazing, gave us lots of tips for photography spots and always on time! We loved so much, we added another night. 6 min drive to central busy Zatar, best location!

We had a wonderful 11 night stay at Demar residence. The place is as described and the photos are a perfect representation. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the pool area is lovely. We only had breakfast a couple of times, and although fairly basic, it was lovely and fresh and plentiful. Dennis is a great host and extremely helpful with his recommendations. The place itself is a little way out from the old town, but Bolt and Uber cabs are freely available at low prices.

Had the best time this accommodation was gorgeous, so clean and the service was second to non. We were in an economy room apparently but we overlooked the pool and the finish in the room was exceptional. Breakfast although not included in.price was lovely and the price of the drinks and mini bar were extremely reasonable. The area is fairly quiet with a number of restaurants in walking distance and the local harbour and beach about 20 minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here and if we were to return to Zadar would definitely be back.

Modern and spacious room with private pool. Nice patio. Peaceful location. New grocery store opened nearby. Several restaurants within walking distance. All in all, excellent value for The money.

Appartments are fantastic, very well decorated and modern. Bed is very comfy, bathroom excellent. Pool is cold but refreshing!

The property was out of the way in a neighborhood. I thought the map app was making a mistake, but we found the property and it was great.

Beautifully laid out space. Nice room that we got. Comfortable. Privacy is not necessarily there as room was separated from next one over by a plant. Also, internet was very spotty in the room and completely disconnected for the evening we stayed. Otherwise, nice place and friendly hosts.

Attentive and caring host who showed us to our beautiful room, simply furnished but stylish with spacious bathroom. It also featured an oversized balcony with beautiful views out to the water. The area is under going development and appears to be an evolving trendy area for the future. Fresh breakfast spread was yummy too.

Room was spotless, classy and had an amazing sea view and was very classy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast delicious at a good price.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. So helpful and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It would have been nice if the pool was heated but I understand the reason it isn’t. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone venturing to Zadar. It is only about a 25 minute walk to the Old Town area, and is very nice and quiet.

The place impeccable, our room, bathroom and balcony spacious, wonderful view from the second floor. Breakfast plentiful, fresh bread, eggs to order, plenty of choices for everyone, simply delicious. Convenient 10 minute drive to Zadar center.

It is a great property!! We had a lovely 3 night stay here. We couldn’t believe how close the room was to the pool. Very peaceful, clean and a beautiful setting.

Excellent property and host. Stayed in the new block of the hotel. Only negative points were there was no wifi in the rooms and within the room itself you can hear everything from both apartments below and above.

This was a great find. Comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. You can get a Bolt into the old town in around 10 minutes so it isnt far away at all.

It was beautiful, i wish i had more time there. Staff was wonderful, breakfast looked amazing and the pool was a great mid afternoon treat!!!

We stayed for 7 nights and we were made very welcome. We stayed in room 9 with stunning views in a very comfortable room with sea views. Very modern and clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent too. Host was very helpul. Quiet location.

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed at. We stayed in room 9 and the views were amazing! The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything or needed to get anywhere. All I would say is that the location is about 40 min walk from the old town and about a 10-15 mins walk to the harbour/restraunts. This was fine with us as we used Ubers which was about £4 to the old town .

Modern hotel elegantly decorated . We stayed in 7a Which was a bright and modern room with a beautiful bathroom My only negative is that the property seems to be in a more residential area and you therefore have a very long walk to the old town or a taxi is required There are a few shops and restaurants close by but the old town is easily a 45minute walk, an that’s a walking at a good pace
