Clean room, shared bathroom. Couldn't open the window so it was a bit stuffy. Couldn't get the tv to work.

Shouldn't have been advertised has hotel or guest house or even, anything the sort. Absolutely disgusting pointless to mention anymore.

Unfortunately it was not the best stay due to the experience.Windows could not be opened so quite stuffy.Bathrooms was okay apart from shower not working in one.Rooms was adequate bed clean but uncomfortable.No where to hang clothes or put away.Got locked out when we arrived and was told it would cost £180 for someone to come out with a key which i thought was not fair.We had a nice couple help us collect the key and then again you tried to charge £25 this time.We was given a key which would not work then so a man came out then.So eventually got in thankfully.Paid a late charge check out till 1 but got woken up to cleaners coming in so door banging ect doing there job so ended up leaving early.

The property was dirty, holes in the walls, wall paper falling off, shower not working, door hanging off the shower, pipes corroded, road noise, generally unclean etc….

Do not book unless you really don’t care. Photos may technically be truthful but based on other reviews, and certainly based on my experience, they are highly misrepresentative. Nothing fully-furnished about this hideously unmaintained location. You don’t want to see my photos. It is should be below the standards of Expedia to list such a place and the fact that I had to fight with Expedia for some kind of remedy just made this whole experience even worse.

Pretty average accommodation. There was plenty of mould on the wall next to the bed. Other than that ok.

Room was clean is a start, bed was like sleeping on led, mold coming through, there was no cuttlery despite having tea and coffee in the room, there was no mugs/cups, so pointless even having a kettle in the room, all in all if your just wanting somewhere with a bed thats fine, but for the price, kinda crap, how anyone can list a price like this for something of this calliper is beyond me

I feel ive been hoodwinked, in the heart of Cheltenham everything is beautiful, this place was a joke, disgusting, nasty looking, smell of damp, myself and my partner walked in and straight back out. Not at all as advertised in their pictures. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! for an extra £20 we got a travelodge 15mins away. Save your money. Its an outright joke that its non refundable... because they know that every person who pays to come here will instantly regret their decision. They have no right to say non refundable... it should be up until the day before your stay. I am incredibly upset with Hotels.com for allowing this shambles of a place to exist, advertises as a studio in reality it is a single room with a double bed stashed in it, no space to walk around, nowhere to place bags, and then put a makeshift counter with sink and microwave in it and the bathroom is to be shared but all these staying on the premises! Absolute disgust!!!

I have never stayed anywhere that made it so difficult. On the day of my stay, I was sent a message asking me to phone so that the £100 deposit could be taken from my debit card. As I had already used the card to make the booking this seemed odd in itself, but when I phoned I was told I would have to go to a different property in the town centre to have my card swiped before they would give me the access code for the property I was booked into. They texted me the address, but the text never arrived. Once I had got to the town centre property and had my card swiped the receptionist texted me the access codes for where I was staying - but this text never arrived either. The whole thing added 45 minutes to my journey at the end of a tiring day, and seems completely pointless. Given that it's possible to buy a car online these days there was surely no need for me to turn up in person to supply card details which the hotel already had. I will definitely not stay here again.

The image on hotels.com carries bathtub, but it has a shared bathroom for the rooms. ( Seeing that and booking straight, I never suspected anything hidden) On getting there, I was expecting it to be a hotel only to discover it was a shared room house with shared bathroom. The backdoor was also left open and accessible to anyone. Response was not so good also. I had to leave that same night as I could not stay there and they refused to refund even after carrying their contact along that I had left and couldn't stay there. The first impression was deceptive for me and that was what my assumption regarding the room was based on without checking other details afterwards.

I had a leak from the room above that completely soaked the bed and ruined a laptop. The company have not refunded or done anything to help.

For the price you couldn’t complain. It was clean and tidy. Cleaner everyday. The heating worked well. A fridge and microwave made life easier.Free parking a bonus.

The room was worn but clean. Shared bathroom is a bit unusual. Front door lock didn’t work so door was open to anyone. Fine for a 1-night sleep. Overpriced.

Really dirty, wallpaper peeling off, felt more like a prison. Double bed was just 2 singles pushed together which created a very uncomfortable hole in the middle of the bed where the hard bedframe was incredibly painful. All cups and cutlery dirty, stains everywhere, horrible fishy smell in the room, i paid £99 for one night here and could have got a better room for half! Also no staff around so no help, difficulty getting into the room due to them not sending me my room code until i phoned the helpline to ask. Would never stay here again

Both rooms were very dated, the sofa in my room has seen better days. The WiFi signal was none existent. The mattresses and pillows probably need to be renewed. It did the job but probably time for some attention. The codes were the same for both buildings which caused a bit of confusion to start with! Because of covid I had to confirm my reason for staying, when I had to speak to someone, the guy was very helpful and that part of the service was top notch
