Nice ladies to greet you at the front desk. My room was not quite ready as the hotel was having a busy day. The ladies promised to get me into a room as soon as they could confirm one was cleaned. I appreciated the honesty from the beginning and the room was ready in little to no time.
One of my lights did not work but I managed those 2 days just as well without it. I also was out of conditioner but the staff kindly provided what I needed.

Perfect solo self-care staycation spot. Across the street from the Premium Mall with food court options and on a strip with all the stores you want. The location was nice, but breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially on keto (powdered eggs and no meats), but I made it work by bringing my own food since I'm local. The room was perfect for my needs and the service was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

AC is either cold or room is stuffy.
Shower floor and around walls in shower could use MORE attention. Night stands need to be wiped down better. Shower head not good. Also I know the design of the shower is really stylish, however water sprays out on to the floor and wall. Not good design. Also they need exhaust fans in the bathrooms, to get humidity out. I always clean shower floors and laboratory area before using. Breakfast can be improved on, but ok.
I have stayed at other locations similar issues.
Over all I recommend good place to stay.
Would stay again no problem.

The room was clean and comfortable. The afternoon/evening desk clerk who checked us in acted like we were a bother and she did not want to be there. Not very welcoming but all the other staff was very friendly. The breakfast is horrible. It made both of us sick. Very little options if you are allergic to eggs like I am. Need more variety on breakfast options .

The Positive: Great place to stay, very comfortable bed and great breakfast.
Negative: there was 3 of us when we got a room with pull out sofa, no sheets or blankets supplied in the room had to call and only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. If you see on your reservation list 3 people checking in and there is only one bed and a sofa bed you would assume covers would be needed along with at least 3 towels.

This is a very new hotel and consequently in very good condition. It was the first time in a long time that my wife and I stayed in a "suites" hotel meaning it had a functional kitchenette, full-size microwave, standard refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a dining room table with four chairs. We were only staying for one night but will definitely consider a TownePlace Suites the next time we need a multiple-night stay in a hotel.

The location of the property was prime. The exterior of the building appeared new, clean, and well kept.
I was checked in by a white male with red hair, wearing a white t-shirt, no name tag, and he greeted me with “I need and ID.” He tossed my ID on the counter after I handed it to him. His only words after that “Breakfast is six to nine.” He handed me keys and walked away.
My wife and I walked down a dirty hallway, littered with food crumbs and who knows what else. We arrived to the room to find a disgusting dirty and filthy bathroom. *Pictures upon request*
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the road noise from the outside was disheartening as well.
To say the least, after 2hrs of sleep, I will NEVER stay at this property again or recommend it to others. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

AC did not work. Couldn’t really do much about it since we checked in late. Woke up to the unbearable heat and had to check out. Since we were checking out they couldn’t do much about it.

Stormy, at the front desk, was absolutely perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better receptionist! The rooms are also great, full kitchen available to use, can use netflix and youtube, very clean hotel. We will definitely continue to come here!
