The perfect place for a quick trip to the Gilbert area to do some shopping. It was clean, except for a few dogs hairs in the bathroom. It just too bad because I'm so allergic to dogs. The bed was super comfortable, The staff was wonderful and friendly and it was quiet.

The room was ok However the AC unit was extremely loud disrupting our sleep the Refrigerator did not get very cold even after we turned the temperatures to colder.

This was a last-minute reservation. The hotel was conveniently located, was very clean and in good condition, with sparse furniture. Breakfast was adequate. The pancake machine was nice, but the maple syrup was not good. Service was very good. Decent place to stay in a pinch, price is a little high for what you get.

Very nice hotel my family loved it! We needed a nice place to stay while our new house is getting finished. Breakfast was so good very fresh and variety! Wil definitely be back and recommend!

Quick 1 night stay for golf on the east side. Room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

From the second we arrived, the service folks and the front desk person were smiling genuine smiles. You could just tell you were in for a great stay. Unfortunately, the work area was too shallow for the three large monitors that my wife needs for her job. We could only stay the weekend. We got a large suite with a full desk at another Hilton property about a mile away, for the next two weeks. Our new home won't be ready to occupy for a few weeks yet. Loved 'Tru by Hilton'! ❤️

Good property. Clean. Our suite has no closet, but hangers but a place to hang. No bath tub in mine. I think bc I requested closed caption tv, they skimped on the tub. No microwave either.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room itself is pretty bare bones. Unfortunately, there are no comfortable chairs to sit in in the room. My husband and I are seniors and we had to stay here because our air conditioner had gone out and this hotel was very close to our house. we tried to make ourselves as comfortable as possible sitting on the bed, but it certainly was not optimum. I would really not recommend this hotel for that reason.

It truly was amazing. Best trip i have ever had, but most importantly the best hotel i have ever stayed in. Everybody was very nice, the room was nice and big, breakfast was amazing, and loved that everything is walking distance and not far from a drive to the airport. Thank you all so much for this amazing stay at Tru by Hilton. I cant wait to come back here again

Fun hotel with lots to do (pool, pool table, etc, readily available for all ages to enjoy. Breakfast was great, staff was very kind. Stayed on a Friday night. Felt very safe. Close to Mesa airport, quick 10 minute drive on a Saturday morning. Wish we could've had more time to enjoy what they had to offer. Would stay again.

I prepaid for my stay, I paid for and booked a non smoking standard room but when we arrived they informed us they no longer had standard rooms available so we had to stay in an accessible room for 2 nights!
