Centrally located clean rooms, friendly staff

The hotel is small yet functional. It is perfect for solo or a couples travel. The location is perfect. The staff is helpful. Will definitely recommend. AA++

Overall good, friendly and helpful staff, good location. One can very clearly hear sounds from outside the room. For my personal taste the beds were a tiny bit hard. The bathroom doors are glass which is kind of weird! Arrived late but staff are on call for check-in or if you need anything after hrs. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Jacuzzi was great.

Great service and location

This is a lovely boutique hotel - the room was modern and comfortable. The bed was lovely ! We really loved the location right in the heart of things . There is no breakfast available however just across the road wa a fantastic cafe offering a delicious assortment! The only thing ro note is there is no lift for anyone who isn’t physically able to use stairs We loved our stay and would choose to say again should we revisit beautiful Belgrade

We stayed for one night, and everything was fine. Clean and nice room, good service, and comfortable bed. We booked with a jacuzzi, and and it was great. Only problems was two of the jacuzzi jets fell out while using and one night lamp wasn’t working.

This hotel room looked like a fashionable jail cell. Extremely eerie and it felt like I was being watched. The jacuzzi was also spitting out brown stuff making it unusable

This property doesnt have elevator. Its hard to walk up the steps

I always stay here and really recommend this place to others. I live close by but when I vacate my place I stay here. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. The rooms are good and I always have a comfortable stay. They deserve to have a great rating.

Before I stayed at this hotel I saw many comments about the service and staff. And yes staff was great, they helped me a lot, the airport transfer was also great. The room was very clean. But there was a huge problem. I stayed at this hotel because of its jacuzzi and really really it was devastating. You need to tell the staff when you want to use the jacuzzi. They fill it that’s why you can’t change the water, you can’t add soap or bubble gel. When you use jacuzzi, water level drops, you need to wait for heater more than 2 hours. You don’t have hot water in the middle of the night. So I used the jacuzzi for one time, half an hour in my whole stay. What can I say… Ah also one thing for who designed the tap in the bathroom. When you want to wash your face how can you do it if tap goes in to your head like a sword?

Amazing staff, very kind and extra helpful. Room with jacuzzi that made a perfect place to have a rest from the busy city life. Room was large and cleaning excellent. Location I’d say the best in Belgrade. The only thing I would recommend is to put some sort of strip around the hotel room door to make it harder for sounds in the hotel corridor to pass into your room. In the whole experience it doesn’t matter, because everything was so amazing and affordable. I’ll definately come back.

In the center, friendly and helpful staff; just what I needed

Beautiful place with very friendly staff in the heart of the city. The only drawback is the bathrooms which are designed to put you on display as you're relieving yourself and flood as you are taking a shower. The design of the bathroom is absolutely stupid!

Very central, clean and convenient

Small room, but modern and clean. 10 minutes walk from centre. Small supermarket close by for the basics. Friendly staff. Booked the airport shuttle and very satisfied with this service.

This accommodation is less than we expected because the image on the website is good with a Jacuzzi and neat reception, but actually there is no Jacuzzi and the reception is two story high without elevator. Our room was a couple of metes from the reception desk and we were disturbed by the noise from other guests coming in. The first night we could not sleep because of loud talking among sounding three guys at reception area and then next room. The sound sealing is very bad and easily you can hear what they are talking about (we do not understand their language though). That was around 4 or 5 O’clock in the morning. In the following day, early in the morning 4 O’clock, there was much lauder talk among possibly three people from the reception area. We wanted to refund, but the manager said they can’t since we already paid through hotels.com. We decided not to stay the rest of one night and managed to pay back just one day portion and moved to another accommodation.

Excellent location and spotless room. Would definitely stay again.
