They locked my dogs in the room and wouldn't let me get them unless I paid in full, and I tried paying them in the morning and couldn't get a hold of them. Very rude, didn't communicate at all and wouldn't let me see my dogs for over an hour. Didn't understand anything. Wouldn't stay there again if my life depended on it. GHETTO FABULOUS!!!!

I am rating this as less than 1.... i got in to the area after driving 6 hours to learn they were overbooked and did not have my room. The girl at the front desk was not compassionate and while she did call another extended stay to see if they had rooms which they did not. She never made eye contact with me and when i asked her to use the bathroom she said we with a chuckle "well we dont have public restrooms" so i said it again and she let me in. The bathroom was dirty and she was rude. Luckily i found another hotel nearby at la quinta and they were kind and we stayed there. But no help to expedia or extended stay. Also they said i wouldn't be charged and i have a charge for one night stay that i am disputing. Awful awful awful experience

I strongly recommend NOT to book this hotel. We had a reservation for a two queen bed room. We reached the hotel late in the night and were told that they overbooked and thus they do not have the room for us. They mentioned they have 2 rooms with single beds available but they were not ready to accommodate us with the same booking.
We were asked to create a new booking if we want these rooms. Also, these bookings need to be made online as they were not ready to book at the front desk. When asled why, the front desk lady gave a look and mentioned that she would book but will apply the highest premium rate and will also charge an early checkin fee.
We had a terrible experience as we did not have the place to stay and it was middle of the night. We ended up going to another hotel and fortunately the staff there was a lot more accommodating.
Due to the issues with overbooking, lack of communication and terrible staff, i highly suggest to NOT consider this hotel.

Do not stay here!. Worse experience of all time!. I normally do not write reviews but this one was a must!. First of all they messed up my reservations despite showing them my itinerary and as soon as we finally got to our room.. there were cockroaches everywhere, the floor was dirty the cabinet was missing a drawer and the tub and toilet did not look clean.. we walked right back out and didn’t even stay.. I returned the keys the next day, didn’t even ask for a refund and all I asked for was a check out confirmation which I was refused, I asked for the manager after I was repeatedly told they dont do print out confirmations, I asked to speak to the hotel manager and she was easily able to just print it out but only to find that they charged me twice for 2 rms for what they are calling late check out fee when I was in fact checking out (early). I assume this is why they wouldn’t give me a print out in the first place.. the police was called and I had to make a report of the incident.. Now tell me why they think they have the right to charge me for checking out early and calling it a late check out fee!. If I could I would rate this hotel a 0. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel ever!. This is beyond injustice!

I as a hdcp person with crutches, had a very, very hard time trying to walk on the floor in the room. It was VERY slippery.

My team arrived to stay and were turned away. One room was able to check-in the other was not, causing roughly $1,000 more in travel expenses. They were not helpful in finding us a new location to stay. They simply oversold rooms during one of the town's biggest music festivals causing us to scramble after days of travel. Unprofessional staff, terrible hospitality, would not recommend this place as no reservation is a guarantee with them!

We reserved a room with two beds for three of us in my family. When we arrived, we were told that they had a room for us with only one bed. As Jerry Seinfeld says, they know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to hold the reservation; and that's really the most important part of the reservation.

The pictures do not do the place justice. The floors were greasy, there was soap scum covering the bathroom fixtures. The shower was spongy feeling, like you could fall through. The keyless entry cards didn’t work the second night. The lobby was dark on entering.

The property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Being located next to the interstate traffic noise was an issue at night making it difficult to sleep. The room was as expected for an extended stay facility--fridge,microwave, and cooktop. Shower was good size and had ample hot water. Breakfast was a big letdown. Coffee was the only drink offered--no hot water for oatmeal. Otherwise there was mini muffins { 2 } and hard granola bars available--nothing else. No fruit--donuts--not even dry cereal. Staff was friendly and helpful

Clean but basic room. Average cleanliness. 2nd floor hallway carpet had a pungent odor. Like there was a leak somewhere and moldy.
Also, no accessible restroom for fitness center. Very inconvenient

Made a reservation and then got called the day of that it was cancelled. On the phone they were not helpful and offered us no solutions.

Our room was on the interstate side so it was very noisy. No darkening shade on window. Had to request a hairdryer from front desk. If you want coffee maker that too would need to be requested.

We were very disappointed. Upon arrival, the entrance door would not pass accessibility standards. It was a pull open glass door and barely fit our stroller. The elevator felt outdated and once we got to our floor, the hallway smelled like an old smokey apartment floor. As soon as we entered our room, we opened the bathroom only to see cockroaches in the toilet, run down the sink drain and the shower drain. The floor did not look like it had been swept or mopped in a whike. There was a bunch of Target and Walmart bags stuffed into the drawers. We quickly checked out unfortunately. It was very disappointing as it was late and we had driven a long ways only to have to find a new lodging place with our infant.

TV remote missing and different one didn't work. Changed rooms and shower head was missing paint on walls chipped and scratched. Stayed here because of price and only needed a bed for the night.

Check in was at 3PM, however we were told that a room wasn’t available until 5PM. Came back at 5PM to be told there still wasnt a room available, only after 4 hrs of waiting did we get a room at 7PM. Not to mention we found roaches. 10/10 do not recommend.

There were cockroaches in the sheets and all over the room. The floors were oily and the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work at all but there was no one at the front desk at night to even be able to get any type of assistance.

When I got to the hotel all the rooms were sold out and the hotel still took money out of my account stating that I was a no show. I chose the ay at the hotel option.

It was fine for the cost. I probably not stay here again but it was clean and bed comfortable. I prefer a few more perks but was staying with others.

When we arrived the window was open and water on the floor as it was raining. Floor was quite dirty. Service from the front desk was minimal. When we arrived, gentleman was assisting g a group of 4 with getting them extra bedding and towels. Waited almost 15 minutes to get checked in. Upon check out, waited at counter for 5 minutes and no one ever showed up. We played the room keys down and walked out.
