The staff was my favorite part. We found them all very friendly and helpful. The place is fairly clean, and the bed was comfy. We had a room with a veranda, and it was so beautiful. We liked the breakfast as well. We had fresh orange juice, black coffee, and scrambled eggs every morning before our adventures. The localization is excellent, and even though there is no parking, we never had a problem finding it on the streets.

Hi Expedia, I was unable to make it to the hotel because the flight I booked with Frontier Airlines closed the counter in error, causing me and other passengers to miss our flight to San Juan. Therefore, I don't have an opinion about the quality of Casa Wilson.

My stay at Casa Wilson was awesome! I was traveling alone as a female traveler so I wanted to stay somewhere convenient, flexible, and safe and Casa Wilson definitely checks all the boxes. It’s close to the airport, many of the dining options in Condado, as well as a great in between for must-go places like Old San Juan and Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, as well as others.
The only complaint I have is of the ventilation of the room. I stayed in a room that didn’t seem to have a lot of ventilation which causes the humidity from the shower to form condensation and pockets of mold in areas like the bathroom. The shower situation was also an issue which I think adds to the mold accumulation. Since it was a rainfall showerhead and the shower space has no cut off between the shower and the floor for the rest of the bathroom, water gets everywhere and takes forever to dry in the bathroom. Hopefully, that problem can somehow be remedied.
Overall though, I would say my stay was pretty great! The complimentary/free breakfast was also delicious and pretty filling. Thank you Casa Wilson for everything!

I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Wilson Inn. Super easy check in/out. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and made to order. The staff served breakfast to your table. The hotel was quiet. The pool was warm and relaxing. The staff was helpful and resourceful.

Staffs was nice, good location but the place itself needed refurb. Our bed have no headboard and they pushed the bed right to at the window so when you lay down the curtain is right above your face. The bed was ok but the bedding are stained and wrinkles. There's. Water around the whole place and even the area that you had your breakfast at the tables are so dusty and the floor are dirty it's feel like you're eating your food in a garage. The vendor machine needs to fixed as it's not working. I'm not the type to complain as it's my own fault for not booked myself to a mark hotel. Don't get me wrong the people who work there a really nice but Casa Willison Inn needs a lot of work. It's need to be cleaned probably and please do not be fool by the picture they put on their website as the place do not looks as good as that and I won't be staying there myself in the future.

Firstly you need to manage your expectations, the property is not huge so everything is compact. This would include the room we booked and the outdoor space within the property. You could hear other guests at times if they were outside in the pool, general corridor area or from the top floor.
Having said that the overall experience was positive. Great staff, room was clean, a free breakfast and a safe convenient location. You can walk 10-15 mins in any direction an get food, shopping and other essentials.

This is an old boutique hotel with nice decorations and friendly staff but the premises need maintenance. Our room n8 had a piping noise constantly and loud hard to sleep. Didnt use the mini spa or pool. Conventinlty located near la placita and old San Juan.

Wonderful location! Conveniently close to numerous restaurants, SJU airport, and accessible for Uber rides. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We appreciated being able to store our bags after checkout and explore the area before heading to the airport. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—we would definitely recommend it.

Our room at Casa Wilson was very clean, good plumbing, quiet at night, was within a few blocks of restaurants and the beach. The little pool was refreshing and the breakfast was excellent.

Staff is friendly. Hotel is cozy. If you have a rental you’ll have to park on the street which we were able to find daily and easily. Complimentary breakfast consists of 4 items. Our blanket has a few stains but everything else was clean. Pool is cute for pictures. Walkable distance from La Placita and many good restaurants less than 10 min walk.

I loved the house itself an antique converted to a beautiful guest house. Carla at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Bryan was the night auditor front desk, friendly and nice, the ladies in the kitchen were vent nice . I won't hesitate to go back to Casawilson for my next trip.

Overall our two night experience was great. All three of the receptionist were great and friendly and were really helpful, especially this one young lady whose name I don’t think I got, she was exceptional. The only thing I would say was unhelpful was the parking situation but that’s out of anyone’s control. Great inn!

My boyfriend and I visited from Florida and we loved it! Casa wilson is very conveniently located, you're within a 10 minute drive of all the need-to-see spots! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the free breakfast is cooked to order and tastes great! We will definitely stay again next time we come to PR!

We loved Casa Wilson. We had a large party of 14 people & pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. The free breakfast was amazing & so good. The staff was so helpful and accommodating as our flights got delayed and we were able to leave our bags in the hotel after checkout. It is super close to the night life we loved it. Thank you so much!

This was a charming inn. The staff were helpful and very kind. The breakfast was filling and a great value, the pool was clean and serene.
However the ceiling fan wobbled a bit and the bathroom really could use a deep cleaning.
Overall a nice stay but could use some extra cleaning.

This property was great breakfast in the morning was so good and the staff so friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. PS It’s locally owned which was a super plus when booking. Will be staying again in the future. 10/10 experience

Cold water in the shower took 2 cold showers. They moved my room and my belongings without my permission because they “put me int he wrong room”.
Staff didn’t come in to my room to help with water temperature. People above me were stomping so loud I couldn’t sleep.

You can easily hear footsteps and noise from other rooms. The only attentive staff member was the lady at breakfast. The two front desk attendants, one at night and the other in the morning, were completely inattentive. So, don't expect to receive 4-star, or even 3-star, treatment. On the other hand, the room and bathroom were clean. There were no locks, no closet, only a bed, a TV, a tiny desk, and a bathroom. On the other hand, it was advertised as having parking, which is why I chose it. However, this was far from the truth; there was no on-property parking. I had to find a spot in the area. Although I would have appreciated some attention and good service, for one night it was perfectly fine for me.

The room was clean, spartan and quiet. The only downside was that I had to run the shower water for some time before I got hot water. Otherwise, everything was first class.
