What a thoughtful, gorgeous, and comfortable place to stay! The large family room we stayed in was convenient and comfy with enough room for everyone. I thought the 1 queen bed with 3 twin beds was a great setup and worked well for our group. The common areas were immaculate and inviting and the breakfasts were delicious and personalized. A gem!

Perfect room for my needs. Planned to catch a big snow storm to ski at Sugarbush. This place was 10 minutes away. I stayed in the Forgiveness room where the bathroom was down a short hallway. It was no problem. The living rooms were warm and cozy. The snow was so heavy the first night it shorted two transformers and shut off power to ALL of Warren county, even the entirety of Sugarbush! Staff remained calm and friendly and helpful. Next two days were great skiing!

Great property with a caring innkeeper and staff. If circumstances allow, then I'll try to stay there next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As a family of 5 it’s often challenging to find options that can accommodate us all in one room. The “Patience” room was perfect. Everyone had a bed (no pullout needed) and the room was on the 2nd floor so very quiet. It was clean and cozy and having The Flatbread restaurant right there was an added bonus. The complimentary made to order breakfast off their gourmet menu was terrific as well. They have nice common area space with fire place and games and a shared fridge if you need to store things. We would definitely come back. Stacy, Inn Manager, and her team were fabulous.

Only stayed one night. A bit odd to never see the owner/host. But the breakfast cook made up for that by providing a breakfast to order that was tasty and beautiful. Beautiful old farm house with great antiques and cozy reading rooms. The facility could improve the experience by adjusting the thermostat upstairs. The hall way was cool while our room was hot because the hallway had the thermostat. Plus, the cracked toilet seat made things a bit uncomfortable.

We expected an en suite bathroom, but it was not. The mattress we slept on, needs to be refreshed. The light fixtures need an update and better performance. The common rooms were very comfortable and well stocked with books and entertainment.

Our stay was wonderful. When we visit New England again, we will use this Inn for our home base and day trip from there. Great location, amazing breakfast, helpful, friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms all in a beautiful setting.

We were in the respect room. Did not like the sink outside the toilet area and the bathroom door doesn’t close and it squeaks. Bed and lighting good.

The Inn is situated just outside of the quaint town of Waitsfield on a beautiful property. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. We arrived on a day where the restaurant was closed, but I think it would have been great food as well. I didn't expect modern from a B&B in Vermont but the accommodation could definitely use some upgrades. Getting to the room up the very narrow and steep stairs was treacherous and the bathroom is in need of some work. Also, the bed part of the bed and breakfast was not great. Some new pillows and a mattress that isn't the one from when the house was built would have been nice.

it was obvious the commitment the staff/owners had to making this a beautiful farm. On-site wood fired pizza was GREAT!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice. A warning though...the Peace room and the Respect room have the bathroom sink in the bedroom...not in with the toilet and shower. So, if you don't want that, do not get one of those rooms. Breakfast was very good. You have a number of options to choose from the the chef cooks for you.

The property had a very homey feel. Missing a tv in room and the dresser was in rough shape. Hard to open drawers and screws sticking out.

Loved staying here. Great healthy breakfast each morning. Breakfast Dining area was spacious and very relaxed each morning.

Great for this FL based family with 10 & 12 y.o. headed by a dad who grew up in New England. Kids had a blast playing on ice and snow while Dad felt nostalgic. Staff was very friendly and accommodations were very comfortable.

No one at desk. Found someone finally and they told us we were on the second floor- I am handicapped. Told them that I couldn't do their strep stairs with the rickety rail. Not to mention a shared bathroom

Beautiful inn, grounds, rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast selection. Small town within walking distance, with dining and other shopping available. Spectacular scenery nearby. We had a wonderful stay!

I love the location which is only 4 miles away from Sugarbush Ski Resort. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is wholesome and delicious. I would love to come back to this place.

Remember to bring your own soap and shampoo, and be prepared to clean your own room every day, as there is rarely any staff or help on site. This is for travelers who prefer a minimal, quiet, clean, intimate space rather than a luxurious, plush, spa treatment with boutiques nearby. Lastly, the adjoining American Flatbread is a neighborhood hotspot, serving good flatbread pizza and a nice selection of local brews.

Place is shabby and run down...clean enough but virtually no room amenities, sink clogged and did not drain, shower lukewarm, pillows hard, bed mattress cheap, really lost its appeal and charm of old farmhouse lost on the shabbiness and lack of basic room amenities. Needs TLC and even a minimum facelift like painting and refinish of the floors as well as providing bed side tables and how about some outlets!
