Good place to relax and rehab with nature

This is one of the most beautiful and pristine properties I have ever stayed in. The stuffs are also so nice. I’d go again in a heartbeat!

The vibe was so great. I love my room. But the shower temperature was Unstable. Sometimes it’s too hold, my skin got burn few times. Once turn on the cold side, it become cold water immediately. It’s hard to make it balance. The staff are really helpful and the whole area is super comfortable.

Wonderful staff, accommodations, vegan food

I love this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. It is very quiet and comfortable although it is not close to the beach but it's atmosphere and decoration is really great. The staffs are very friendly and you can also enjoy the yoga class in the morning.

I have no idea how the property itself actually is, because I didn’t stay there. This review regards the owner’s treatment of guest reservations. In the aftermath of Hurricane Fiona which knocked out all power in Puerto Rico, I chose to cancel my flight to the island to avoid entering a disaster zone and getting in the way of cleanup. Finca Victoria management refused to refund even a portion of my money. They initially said they couldn’t do a refund since I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they were fine to refund it as long as the hotel agreed. The hotel then refused. My reservations at other hotels in PR were all refunded - this was a lone outlier. Take that for what you will, but I definitely won’t be rebooking a stay here when I next return to Puerto Rico.

Loved our tiny home. Climbing the stairs was an awesome experience. Drinking tea every morning surrounded by the tranquility of nature helped us to release stress. We really appreciated the ayurvedic breakfast, the chefs always gave us detailed explanation of each ingredient.

I stayed at la Finca for one night and wished I could’ve stayed for at least 3 nights! The layout of the property is immersive to the agricultural and the vegan food will turn any meat eater into a vegan! The chefs carefully curated meals are phenomenal! The staff is beyond friendly and make your stay beyond relaxing and welcoming!

Absolutely stunning. This wonderful hotel is more like a retreat. The rooms are incredible and extremely unique. Mine had so many ameneties that made it so easy to unwind and relax. They had complimentary coffee, tea, and water at all times. They also offer complimentary yoga every morning to all guests before serving breakfast. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. The staff were incredible and the scenery and ambiance alone is to die for. The food they offer is absolutely delicious also! 10/10 will be back for a very long stay soon! So happy i stumbled upon such an amazing hidden gem.

We were offered complimentary breakfast, coffee and tea service, and even morning yoga! They really go above and beyond to make their guests feel special and their hospitality is truly unmatched. Highly recommend, would book again in a heartbeat!

The place feels smaller and less airy in person than the photos. We picked the 2 story-house with glass windows that look very nice and airy in photo, but in real life it felt so much stuffier than I could ever imagine due to the smaller size & the glass windows that absorb all the heat. When booking we were hoping no AC wouldn’t be too much of an issue, but in reality, the stuffiness of the small room plus the fact that all the bugs and mosquitoes outside can’t wait to feed on us the moment we tried to open a window to let some air in make everything so unbearable. We couldn’t sleep at all for the entire 1st night. During the day, we couldn’t stay in our room to rest due to the constant heat & had to go to the pool/common area to cool off. It was so dreadful to think of going back to a hotel where there was no comfort to a point that we had to cut our trip short. But again I wouldn’t blame it too much on the hotel as this is just a matter of personal preference. Some people may really enjoy the nature and prefer no AC. The low rating is eventually due to the fact that the hotel charged us more for 3 nights (we even stayed for only 2 nights) than the price we booked on hotels.com. And while they were super responsive before our arrival, when I reached out & asked about the extra charge after the trip, they went silent. What a way to do business!
