Very good welcome. All staff friendly and efficient. Stunning view from roof terrace - great to have a pool with bar.

After checking in following a day of site seeing, i was given a clean and well appointed room. The room however was hot and stuffy and the air conditioner did not operate. The window had a broken latch so whilst i could open the window, the noise from outside traffic meant sleep was impossible. The staff were of no assistance and promised to contact me with a solution however no contact was made by them and no solution offered. At check out, the manager was aware of the issue from the night staff and i was offered something from the mini bar as compensation!! No refund as "you paid for the room in advance". The world has gone mad- no service and no customer consideration. Stay elsewhere.

Fabulous breakfast with many options. Staff friendly courteous and helpful, spoke excellent English. Convenient to historical area and dining. Lovely room and modern bath. Excellent stay!!

The place to stay in Trapani - Room 201 grandeur is worth the splurge!

The location is very convenient as it is next to the big parking area and there is also parking along the street in front of the hotel. The room is clean and the breakfast area is beautiful. Unfortunately the room is not sound proof and you can hear noises in the next room. Bring your own toiletries as they only have one type of wash for body and hair (no conditioner available).

Lovely traditional building and staff. Great location in Trapani for seeing the town and day trips to Erice and Egadi Islands. Clean and fresh. Rooftop pool and sun deck a bonus. Breakfast really nice and the dinner menu whilst short had some wry nice dishes. There’s a popular cafe attached to the hotel too.

A lovely hotel , close to the old city. Breakfast was decent. We would stay here again.

Location of this property was OK, was a 10 minute walk from the old town - decent restaurants around the hotel though. The hotel itself is average, beds were quite hard and pillows were flat as pancakes. Some of the stuff is really nice, some of it unfriendly. Breakfast was reasonably good. One thing that was really annoying is you had to get the front desk to adjust the temperature your room.

It’s a good option for Trapani.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring the old part of town and easy access to the beach. There is a public car park 50m away that cost €2.50 per day. The rooms are lovely, this is a renovated palace so it’s high ceilings and great decor. Breakfast was pretty good and staff were very helpful. It’s only 5 to 10 minute easy walking to the old part of town with its streets full of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. Despite it's central location, the rooms are very quiet. Not all the staff are friendly. When we called ahead with questions, the woman on the phone was very rude. When we arrived, the person at the reception was friendly. None of the staff seem to speak more than the basic English. The breakfast buffet has to be served by the staff due to Covid-19 restrictions. The experience is not great, too few staff and they forget your orders easily. Overall, an excellent stay in Trapani

This hotel was great! Such a nice hotel! I parked in the big public parking lot very close by and it was convenient and cheap to park. The room was so nice as well as the service. The location is on the border of the old city center but very convenient to walk to all of the sights. Great hotel and would definitely stay again!

Very nice, clean rooms. We overlooked the courtyard which was really pretty. Roof bar and swimming pool were a great addition and was a great place to escape the busy streets. Would definitely recommend

The consistent helpfulness friendliness and language skills of Mariagrazie at reception but all the staff we met were excellent. Our room and bathroom were of high quality. We recommend and would go nowhere else in Trapani.
