All you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Location is good at the busiest shopping district in Naha. Comes with free minibar and all the great toiletries. If you need anything else, there is always Lawson 20m away. Service is great and staff are very friendly and professional. Parking is available (not too sure if it is free) but unlikely one needs to drive since the whole shopping district is already there for you.

It was a spacious hotel room, right off of the market street with shops and restaurants. The service and staff was amazing, everyone was wonderful and helpful.
The only thing is, for a 5 star hotel it is somewhat odd to have no laundry room.

Fantastic hotel. Great location on the main Street with many shopping and dining options outside the front doors of the hotel. Great onsen and pool/spa. Enjoyable hotel restaurants with great food too. Can definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were also wonderful and helpful.

Located in the heart of the activity but a peaceful place to stay. Lovely rooms, fantastic staff, nice spa and pool facilities. This is possibly the best place to stay in Naha.

We missed out on experiencing the Outdoor Pool, as it opens from April.
The room remained quiet, even during the busiest hours.
The Executive Lounge provided an excellent experience.

All good, just hope the pool would be open. We visited early march, and since the beaches are closed, you tend to want to use the hotel facilities even more.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Everything you need for a stay is provided for in the room including free drinks in the bar fridge. The location is super convenient as it's located right in the midst of a street with great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. The hotel was very clean and well kept, rooms were nice and comfortable with lots of space. Enjoyed the onsen in the hotel as well. Very good gym equipment. Location was very convenient.

Great location, right in middle of Naha's main street. You are in the midst of shopping and dining options and close to 3 monorail stops.
Hotel is well soundproofed and rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet which is extra cost is expansive and great food.
Staff are excellent..this is a good base for a trip to Naha.

This Hotel Collective was excellent in every way. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Mostly, the staff was exceptional and so helpful in every way. I can't wait to stay at the Hotel Collective again

The hotel is extremely convenient and cosy. Excellent location for travellers. You can also park the car in the basement, which is great to us, family with a kid.
But it can be cleaner when we can still see dust and hair around the toilet sink.
Dunno the reason, the air-con was not cold during the night even we set to the lowest temperature.
Overall, it’s nice and we will consider to stay again.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was clean, staff had great service and they have great facilities. One of my favorite things was they had a kids room for the little ones to play in. Housekeeping staff was outstanding and being very accommodating.

Hotel Collective is in the most central location, so you can walk right outside and all of the shops are right there! The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel and room were the most spacious that I have ever experienced in Japan. The hotel had every amenity you could ask for, and everything was so clean. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience.

The hotel was amazing. The decor was modern and very tasteful. The staff was very courteous and super friendly. The hotel is right on the main strip in Naha, so it’s very accessible to everything. I would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel in the center of town.
Rooms are very nice.
Did not eat breakfast, since they enforce putting masks.
While all over the world (and actually in Japan too) governments already understand that masks has very little if not zero influence on the spread of COVID, Japan is the ONLY country in the world that still insist on masks. And Japanese people are in love with those masks; they feel very comfortable that people can not see their faces.

I think the reception should always explain how to proceed from check in to check out what did not happened.
The room was not that complete clean. There were some stains in the lavatory area, like tooth brush small drops. And also there were some tiny white bugs and a dead fly on the side table below the tv…
But the water pressure of the shower was good and the room itself was very comfortable with appropriate space to each use.

Great stay. Location is really good, directly on kokasai st. Hotel had lots of staff to help with parking, bags, check in, etc. I used self parking for about 1500 Yen a night. Pool was different and a nice place to hang out. Gym didn’t have many dumbbells but two treadmills, two bikes, and some good cable machines. Enjoyed the bar one night, nice low key scene for an intimate night. Breakfast buffet was nice—some western food but half or more was Japanese type. Room itself was nice. Modern and fresh. Glass shower interesting, looks out into the room. Would definitely stay again!
