Comfortable stay in Sandusky, close to cedar point and downtown

We are at Cedar point Park so I did not check in till late afternoon when I did I didn’t even really check the room and I went back to the park. We came in at 11 o’clock and we went to the room. We noticed there was a bug and then we looked more and it was just not up to our standards, there is no way me and the kids were gonna stay there . The office staff was very nice and understanding. I then drove 2hours and 15 minutes home

Small room with a king-size bed. Bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked great. Great place to lay your head before heading to Cedar point.

We came in late and were quickly welcomed and got into our room quickly.
Owner came to see us the next morning when we were leaving to ask how we were.

I loved that although there were many guests, my family felt like we were the only ones there. It was quiet and we were able to rest at night. I enjoyed the small pool at the front entrance and the kindness of the staff. I cannot wait to come back next year and stay for another week.

The Sandusky Inn seemed to have several modernizing features such as good AC with a digital thermostat and darkening blinds. It was small, but comfortable and quiet. We would stay again.

We had two bass boat rigs and although there was no room in the parking lot the staff was able to get us parking on the premises and electric for charging the batteries on the boats.

First I messed up for not recognizing they didn't serve any kind of breakfast the coffee was so bad i had to ask were to dump it i asked for a water and said I had to pay for it so I walked to a gas station and bought some coffee i over paid for the room the staff were rude it ruined my whole trip

Came to Sandusky to watch my 3 children do the half Iron Man race together. Not many choices, wanted a room away from event so I didn't get blocked by road closures. Therefore, few choices. The room was clean, no odors, the staff was very nice. It's an older place in an older section of town. Very acceptable.

Just needed a place to sleep and shower for a family trip to Cedar Point. Room wasn't big or fancy but it was reasonably nice. Was much more pleasant once we turned the hvac fan to constant on as it evened out the temp better.

Great motel when spending day at Cedar Point. Small and cozy rooms. Bed comfortable and AC worked. Much cleaner rooms than price and exterior looks would make you think. To be clear this is not a luxury resort if you are planning to spend a lot of time in room, but if you spent 12 hours at Cedar Point and just need a close pace to crash for the night this motel is perfect. Front desk was very easy to work with and rooms met all expectations for the price.

Great rates and very close to Cedar Point. The room with a king bed was sufficient. The AC unit is positioned however perpendicular to where you may rest your head on the bed. If your face or body is sensitive to cold air blowing on your body, this may be the only thing that can be a bother. Stacked two pillows and placed them next to my head to create a barrier.

Did not realize this was a second floor room with steep! steps. This is a way overpriced motel with doors with a half inch opening at the top had cleanliness issues. We had a contact lens in one of the beds, dirty control pad on the microwave and a frig with milk in it that smelled. The air conditioner is right over the middle bed.

Room was very very small, believe the beds were smaller than advertised, bathroom EXTREMELY small, no housekeeping done. We had to stay an extra night which the room was available HOWEVER they doubled the price and we were stuck. Do not recommend this place
