The staff were very friendly and helpful, and in spite of being located on a major highway, the room was very quiet.

Came in in the late evening and I inquired about a late check out and all i got for a response is NO.

On our quick trip to Vancouver, the Northwood Plaza Hotel offered the most convenient overnite stop in Prince George. The property is away from the busy areas, but very clse to the shopping we needed.

Staff were very friendly and room was clean. Good value for money.

Perfect spot to pull off the highway for a nights sleep, or a quieter option to stay and explore Prince George.

Pleasanlty surprised with the room. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk person was also working the till in the liquor store and there was a wait to check-in as the store customers got priority over hotel guests. The lobby smells but thankfully, it did not carry up into the rooms.

I’ve lived in PG the last two years, and am in the middle of moving west. I needed to stay a few nights for appointments after I moved out of my house and chose the NPH because of price and reviews from people I know. Little did I know having a PG address on my license would nearly have my checkin denied because “they don’t rent to locals”. I explained my situation and he eventually (begrudgingly) accepted it. Hotel is not accessible- 2 flights of stairs to rooms- thankfully not an issue for me but might be for someone. Hallway definitely reeks of smoke but thankfully my room did not. Definitely hear highway noise from the rooms but I didn’t find it too bad. Minimal toiletries so recommend bringing your own. Beds are very comfy. Room clean. Had to add an extra night on original checkout morning due to changes in appointments- front desk happily arranged for me to keep the same room for the extra night. Will likely stay again in the future (when my license reads Stewart instead of PG!).

Fairly nice for the price, exterior not very nice and checkin strange. Cleanliness poor, found hair on bathroom floor. Room was nicer than expected overall, bed was alright. Left an item in the room and staff dishonest, did not get item back.

The exterior and lobby are worn, and not the cleanest, but the rooms are AWESOME!

Rooms were ok, but hotel looks not so nice from exterior.

I believe it's recently renovated. Check in appeared shortstaffed, but got it done fairly efficiently. Stairs only to rooms, not accessible, but that didn't affect me. Room faced Hwy97, and even with windows shut and curtains drawn, road noise leaked in. Bed was very comfy, got moved from a 2 bed to a single suite. TV is then in sitting area, so no TV in bed. K cup coffee makers, medium bar fridge, decent microwave. Wish i could have gotten a few more coffee pods as i left 6am before front desk was around. Deposit for room not released on checkout, hotel aeems to wait the 7 days for the pre auth to fall off from non completion, so be aware of that.

Very nice inside, well maintained, clean. Outside is a bit of a construction zone, the neighbors aren't ideal, and services are a drive away (short). Driving by, I probably would have kept going, but inside... Good place to stay.

Upon checking in to Motel, I realize it is inside a sports bar and liquor store. Then after already prepaying for room, they charged me an extra $100 for a cleaning fee.

Very friendly check in. Room was clean. Area is quiet and safe. Will keep this hotel in my list of places to stay at when visiting Prince George.

I was ok with the room. Clean and comfortable. Nice having a restaurant on site. Not to enthused with the reception. Plus I booked through hotels.com which took my payment. The hotel took my credit card # for a damage deposit then after we left they billed my room again on it. It took several times both with hotels.com and the hotel to finally get my money back. No communication as promised.

Older property in srrip mall. Second floor had rooms. Had to walk long stairwell to floor. No 24 hour service or security. Security was a locked door to stairwell.

The desk was very nice, although there was no plexi glass and only 1/2 the staff that I saw were wearing masks. The room was what you would expect, there was a couple stains on the floor and there was some mold on the caulking around the bath tub. There was only one bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner,I did not call down to inquire about them either. When we saw the house keeping staff she also was not wearing a mask. I did love the layout of the room for me and my child. It was super nice to have her be able to sleep in a dark room while I was up and able to do things in a seperate room. The water from the tap never got hotter than Luke warm which made it frustrating to wash the couple of dishes we had. Also had trouble with getting warm enough water for our shower in the morning (evening was fine so I think lots of people were just using the hot water). The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ive ever sleep on, it was fantastic. The comforter was amazing. All of the rooms are up a set of steep stairs so I'd that's an issue for you I'd suggest elsewhere. When I called the hotel the day of the stay to inquire about their covid cleaning policies the girl said that she wasn't sure what the answer would be. When I asked if she could get back to me or have someone get back to me she told me that the only person that might know would be the chambermaid but she had only been there for a few weeks so she probably wouldn't know either. Room was clean though.
