It was comfortable there's a small roach when we arrived and a weird smell in the room like car urine went to Walmart got some things to spray and it was better but other than that it was very nice and comfortable quite

Pleasantly surprise that the place was so nice, clean and fairly new by the looks of it. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room we got was an average size room, but came with a kitchenette and a semi-full size frig which came in very handy, especially Walmart and HEB is just down the street. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall the value for the room was great! Our first room had a non working ac but they gave us another room immediately. The lobby and bathrooms were incredibly warm, but didn’t really affect the stay. The check in guy was nice and the process was quick and easy. Getting to the place after leaving each time was a bit of a drag due to having to use the turnaround each time, but not a big deal. Loved the view and proximity to the beach. Breakfast was nice to have but it was very hot in the lobby so not the best. And only one waffle station and everyone wanted a waffle lol. Still a great value.

The room was so comfortable and mostly clean. I was in a room where pets were allowed so the floors weren't as clean as other rooms but I definitely understood. The front office staff was so very kind and lovely. We had a great stay!

The property condition has deteriorated during last two years, it was much better in 2022. During our two nights stay we had to switch rooms 3 times and still the room has issues. Issues ranged from stained sheets to A/C not working to smell of mold in the room. And it seemed the management knows about the issues but is not actively looking to them.

The room itself was great for the price. It does have a small kitchen with everything that you may need to cook. It does have a microwave full size refrigerator. The restroom is nice . The bed are OK. Although the reason I did book this location was for the pool, the pool green . Breakfast is okay scrambled eggs , French Fries and sausage patties.

I recently stayed at the Executive Residency Best Western and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was nice and the free breakfast offered was a great perk. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean.
However, I did encounter an issue that may be a dealbreaker for some travelers. The height of the shower head in the bathroom was quite high, making it difficult for shorter individuals or toddlers to comfortably shower. I found this to be a bit inconvenient as I was traveling with a toddler who does not like to stand directly under the shower head.
Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still recommend the Executive Residency Best Western for those looking for a comfortable stay in the area. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall amenities were satisfactory. It's just something to keep in mind if you have specific needs when it comes to shower height.

Not our best experience. First problem was the pool was filthy. The water was so cloudy you could not see your feet in the water. Being a pool owner I know this is not safe, we didn't let our kids swim in that water. Next, our A/C went out at around 4-5 AM. We decided to wait till the morning because we didn't want to wake everyone up with maintenance and we were getting up in a few hours but the rest of the night was very stuffy with no air circulation. I told the manager in the morning and they said that we're not getting any compensation because we should have called in the middle of the night and let maintenance into our room to wake everyone up to fix it. Should I have???

Everything about this place was amazing. All staff we encountered had great, kind and friendly customer service. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, maybe just need to offer and add other choices. Overall the place is great and would definitely recommend. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

The whole second floor smelled like mildew and our room was even more intense. I am allergic to mold and requested a new room. The carpet in the room was wet near the unit. The carpet is coming up in the hallway as well. The front desk staff did change our room but did have hesitation. The thrid floor did not have any mildew smell. Breakfast was fair and took awhile to restock.
