Such a cute inn. The room was impeccable. Although an older inn, all the modern amenities were included and you could tell they had really taken the time to think of every detail. Excellent location and easy to walk to a variety of places downtown.

We loved staying here ,it is a totally different experience than a hotel , which we really like, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, and clean, location is great for restaurants etc. Breakfast is fabulous, overall if you want a a quaint and personal experience we recommend this place highly. 😀

I highly recommend this hotel. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom was so clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and they have gluten-free bread. The staff was wonderful - they stayed up late to accommodate us after a flight delay, and the next day they allowed us to work from a meeting room downstairs and were very accommodating. There is also a coffee shop, a crystal shop, and a sandwich place within walking distance. Definitely stay here if ever in Norfolk!

This was an amazing B&B in Norfolk Virginia. The staff is extraordinary and go above and beyond. The rooms are clean, beautiful, cozy, and luxurious. The included breakfast is also top notch. Do not look anywhere else and book a stay.

This was definitely one of my most satisfying stays at a B&B. Breakfast featured healthy options and was served at my chosen time. Dinner on the covered patio was pleasant and well-presented (albeit with small portions). The staff members ensured we had a wonderful experience and they exhibited pride in their workplace.

Just steps from the Chrysler museum and an easy 10 minute walk to the Wells Theater. VERY Clean with the best bed I think I've ever slept in. I had to depart a little early for work and was left a to go snack in the kitchen for pick up before I left. The trolley is out front, so expect to hear a few dings as it approaches the stop in the evenings and early mornings. Friendly staff, who went all out to make my stay fun and easy....for sure eat next door. The Cherry Blossom festival cocktails this week where spectacular.

It was a fantastic stay with amazing breakfast and we loved the wonderful staff. The room was gorgeous and the shower a dream! Shampoo conditioner and body lotion smelled great. The make up removal towel was a great extra touch. Slept like a baby in the best bed and bed linen ever!

A gorgeous and quaint property nestled in a beautiful area of Norfolk. A beautiful diamond that made our trip even more special and memorable! Wonderful staff at both the Inn and at the restaurant. Delicious breakfast with some real foodie options. Perfectly made cocktails. We are looking forward to staying there again!

We highly recommend The Inn at Four Eleven York and their adjacent restaurant. The owner, Malia, and hostess, Ella were welcoming and helpful with good communication. The inn offers a variety of high-end amenities (wine welcome, snack cart, high end mattresses and bedding, heated floors, decorating details, bicycles) and services that made us feel pampered and relaxed. The room was spotlessly clean. They are all perfectly located near Ghent which is a beautiful neighborhood to explore. It's a warm and inviting atmosphere that is sure to make you feel special.

Everything about The Inn at 411 York is wonderful. You are greeted with Prosecco, the room is gorgeous, staff is amazing. Loved the bed and shower. Nice to have breakfast. What was tough was the outside city noises with the tram that had a horn that would go off and the traffic sounds. The other is if you like a dark room, the room is not dark. My husband and I were super comfortable in the bed but woke up all night long due to the noise and the brightness of the room. Highly recommend updating windows and maybe curtains that help darken the room for sleeping.
We did love the charm, but if we stayed again we would try a room not facing the street.

We had a lovely stay at the inn! Our hostess (Caroline) was delightful and made us feel right at home :-) The owner (Malia) was gracious and accommodated my request for some keto-friendly nibbles after our drive up from Charleston, SC. We were only in Norfolk for one night (so I could get my global entry interview) but the inn turned the quick trip from a chore to a pleasure! The room (Hague) was nicely appointed and filled with thoughtful extras (iPhone charging clock, high end toiletries/linens, and bountiful complimentary snack bar). We would definitely book the inn again if we return to Norfolk.

Beautiful old home luxuriously restored and modernized. The adjacent 411 restaurant was excellent. Free amenities and an excellent starter breakfast included in the overall cost. The staff was extremely courteous and always offering to help with luggage, recommendations for touring, etc.
Somewhat out of the control of the 411 team is the location of the Inn next to a busy street. Modern windows minimize external noise, but internally, we 'enjoyed' the neighbors above us - every step could be heard as they moved around their suite.

First class service and fantastic breakfast. We were in the room facing the main road which provided a nice view, but also exposed us to some traffic noise.

We stopped at this bed and breakfast for one night to breakup a trip. It was perfect. The staff was so helpful and nice. We had the whole third floor and no one complained about walking up and down to bring us a glas of Prosecco or breakfast. Lovely decor and a comfortable bed and awesome shower.

Location excellent for the Chrysler Museum and downtown activities, and close to the light rail line. Completely refurbished. Only concern for some might be that all rooms are on second and third floors without elevator.
