Clean, modern and well appointed room…..convenient location. And particularly liked the spacious bathroom. Staff was quite helpful and informative. Staff at the bar and restaurant was always very friendly. Would stay here again.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We walked the Portuguese Camino, so stayed at the start and 3 weeks later on our way to Lisbon for our flight home. Would book it again, as it meets all of our needs.

This property was about an hour walk from the "tourism" areas but we enjoyed the walk. Nonetheless, it was a clean a quiet facility.

Rooms were comfortable. Good area. Convenient to restaurants, hop on hop off bus. Breakfast at hotel was excellent. Walkable, but a fair distance to bridge and Gaia.

Two night stay as part of a six night Porto visit. Room was pleasant and bed very comfy. Issue with unstable hot water in shower ~ too hot and difficult to control. Also breakfast limited choice rather basic.

Setup of room was rather odd in that the sink was in the sleeping area, not even close to the bathroom.

The hotel located at the very good location close to the centre , lots of Resturant and bars , very clean , staff is friendly.

Wonderful hotel, nice convenient location, mostly in the heart of Porto. Delicious great breakfast with super tasty coffee, champagne and fresh made orange juice. We really enjoyed the spa - sauna and pool with jets, has relaxed after long walking day. 15 min to central destination and metro station. Hotel provide us the discount for underground garage parking nearby - 10 euro per day we paid (8 hours at least). Nice bedding and sleeping comfort, good modern TV. Catalonia is super here. We were really enjoyed to stay here for 3 nights. Great customer service and cleaning the room. Highly recommend to stay here! We enjoyed Porto.

It was a great stay. Friendly environment, clean rooms with excellent service. Breakfast a bit expensive but totally worth with varieties of fresh , delicious options. Super quiet area and building with soundproof walls.

Great hotel, nicely located. Rooms beautifully decorated. Reception staff was very helpful giving ideas on where to go and eat.

Overall we had a nice stay. Lovely hotel, spa was very nice, the staff all seemed lovely. Great location. Very comfy bed. However, on the last night when we returned to our room after being out for the day, my mum’s make up had disappeared. Now we don’t know what happened exactly, but she didn’t take the make-up out of the room. We searched the room top to bottom for 2 hours before ringing reception. The next morning, reception staff said that they had spoken to the cleaning staff and nothing was removed from the room. However, they also said if it was $1000 dollar makeup that had gone missing, then this would have been an issue. The staff saying that was very odd, it seemed that something expensive could be stolen. The make-up was not expensive, but the thought of something missing made us feel uneasy and unsafe on our last night. We still don’t know what happened

Great hotel!

Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, as soon as me and my friend checked in, we was given a brief local tour for food and drinks, the area was quiet, very close to the shops and restaurants, staff were polite, the rooms were 10/10.

I loved this hotel! I ate and drank in the restaurant and used the spa and gym. All fantastic, worth the money, very well kept. My room was clean and well stocked and the service staff didn’t crash around at 7-8AM and wake me up in the morning like at every other hotel I’ve stayed at recently (this is my hugest pet peeve!). I will absolutely be back.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was extremely friendly and very accommodating to most of your requests. They smile and are warm and inviting the min you step into hotel. The F&B staff could work a little bit more on their service friendliness but the chef that does the eggs and pancakes are great. The food variety for breakfast was good enough although after several days, you do get bored of it. The hotel is like 9 mins to the nearest Mcds and less than 3 mins to the shopping area. Nearest Metro is San bento which is only 5 mins walk away. You can walk to Duoro river in like 25 mins and is easily located from the hotel and lots of scenice view along the walk. You would need good walking shoes as lots of cobbles and steps to climb. There is a supermarket less than 2 mins away and should try the Restaurant Francehina Santiago and the restaurant next to it too just 1 min away from the hotel for the famous food. All in all, Porto is a great place and the hotel has been great, other than minor issues, its been a wonderful stay. Thank you :0)

Excellent location and hotel is renovated recently 4-5 years back and is modern from inside

We had a nice stay, although a little disappointed that no body lotion was provided in the standard rooms and access to the pool and spa was 8€ an hour per person. Other than that, the facilities and staff especially Mariana made our stay pleasant. Thank you.
