Great location! Apartment is clean, space is wonderful, everything you need is there! Nothing to complain, absolutely nothing!

What i loved about the property was the location, perfect if you want to visit the canals and be close to shopping center! I thought everything was very modern and was sent my check in codes and everything easily through online. Only cons i have is that the pull out couch mattress was terrible , caved towards the middle , very thin. Had to use the blanket and pillows on the mattress to sleep comfortably. Luckily i stayed just one day. Floor was q bit dirty i walked barefoot and my foot was covered in sand , but thats about it. Overall i would totally stay again and recommend.

Very good time in this apartment with a great view on the canal. The apartment could be improved as the lights above the dining table are not fixed anymore and only handle by the electrical cable, and there was no colander, salt and pepper in the apartment. Otherwise the decoration is lovely and it was very calm!

The apartment was fine except for one main thing- no fans and the room ac units didn’t cool the rooms down. So I had a hard night because it was very hot. There was no tea kettle but otherwise a nice view of the canal and centrally located.

Apartment is in a great location just 5 min walk from old town center, 2 mins to canals and shopping Centre. Good modern apartment but was let down by a few things. Toilet continually ran water, shower enclosure wouldn’t close, some lights not working , kitchen lacking a few utensils. Otherwise great choice for accommodation.

Best view of all the action in town with a feeling of peace. Spacious, thoughtful design, suggest booking the room with a river view. The shower doesn’t stay hot long and could use a cutting board and a few spices. The staff is very attentive and very accomodating - I really appreciated that and would return for a much longer stay.

The property is great. Had a beautiful room overlooking the canal. The property has everything you need for a few days in Aveiro should you wabt to make a jug of sangria or cook a light meal. Although the nearby restaurants are. So plentiful and reasonably priced that you will probably choose to eat out. My only criticism of the property is that there were a lot of burned out light bulbs in the corridors snd room, making it a bit dark at times. There were no kitchen knives for cutting or chopping and one drawer in the bedroom closet did not work. Also our unit was supposed to have a clothes washer but didn’t. When I mentioned this I was told there are plenty of commercial laundromats nearby. Yes but still, we were supposed to have a clothes washer and needed one since we had been on the road for 10 days. Overall though, it is a very good property.

Very easy last minute booking. Check in details were clear and allowed remote entry into the property. Very close to the heart of the town with restaurants, shopping and the canals. Perfect location.

I admit I didn’t realize that check-in was not until 15, so I was anxious when I could not get into the place. Lacking a front desk was anxiety inducing. Yet a cleaning woman helped me into my room and contacted the manager, after that my experience was wonderful. The room was amazing

Best value for money out of all of the accommodation we stayed at during our time in Portugal. Great location, with super easy access and cleanliness. Would recommend!

Great location overlooking the canal. Very quiet and well equipped. But no hot water! And the building and apartments have a strange odor.

This was an awesome apartment. Be sure to call the host to get a code for the room as there is no reception. Our only issue is that there was construction on the floor above us that woke us up and loudly continued throughout the day. It was modern, well equipped, and close to the boats, bars and restaurants.

Apartment in excellent condition, created all the conditions for a stay of several days, was an excellent experience, I recommend
