Amazing staff, location, amenities, cleanliness and comfortability.

Clean and convenient.

So nice! I will also book this hotel again when I visit Osaka again. It is really convenient because it is directly connected from the station.

We loved the location of the hotel and the staff! It provided easy access to the trains and airport bus through the underground walkways, lots of great shopping that my wife loved and lots of dining options. The use of the English language at the hotel wasn't much of a problem. It was a busy time in Osaka (August) but we felt safe the whole time we were there, day or night. The Hotel provided most everything you could ask for but one recommendation would be to add a pool and fitness facility or access to one. We felt that was a small inconvenience. But my wife loved the pajamas and the gift we received at checkout was unexpected and gracious so all good! We would go back and stay at the Hotel Royal Classic Osaka in a heart beat!

Great location for tourists with meal options galore around the hotel. Hotel basement leads directly into the metro, and tour meeting points are close by. Great for the Rapi-T airport express train to Kansai airport. Only slight negatives were: very expensive breakfast options in the hotel at ~$30 USD per person, and very uncomfortable seating with no backs to the sofas in the lobby. (note there are plenty of Japanese and western bkfst places nearby). Staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. In all, we were very happy with our choice of hotel for the Osaka portion of our Japan visit.

Wonderful customer service

We had an outstanding experience at this lovely, sophisticated, and incredibly well-run hotel. The check in process was friendly and quick, and the room was elegant, efficient and quiet. Not just normal quiet, but high- end recording studio, outer space quiet, in the midst of bustling Dontonburi! How exquisite at the end of a hot day of travel! The room had so many thoughtful touches — a curling iron kit, wine glasses, soft robes and slippers, pajamas, heated toilet seat, teapot and cups. Incredibly comfortable beds — not too soft or too hard. Pillowy pillows and sheets. Purified air. Free drinks in the minibar. Free drink tickets for the gorgeous 20th floor bar, run by a gracious staff. I thought this hotel was perfect in every possible way. It was heaven for these American travelers.

A wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and the location could not be beaten.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with art in every floor and modern appliances in the room (bathtub, toilet, bedroom). In terms of location, the hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, so it’s convenient if you want to stay and walk around the “downtown” area. The room is spacious, specially the bathroom since it has a full size tub and stand in shower. The staff was friendly and professional during our stay, so I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Osaka.

Clean, well equipped rooms and in a fantastic location

Can’t be more impressed about our stay. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture. Decorations, paintings, breakfast, etc. all are world-class. Much better than the overpriced stays we have in the States. We are willing to come back again. Highly recommend!

Attached to the Namba train station and very convenient to many attractions nearby. Beds extremely comfortable, wonderful breakfast buffet and very good service. Would recommend.
