The person helping with the continential breakfast was super friendly and helpful. She gave us many suggestions for things to do and genuinely cared if we were having a good stay.

I was surprised there was no elevator. Enjoyed the large bathroom and the wide entryway in the room.

The team was friendly, location was great! Breakfast was standard for the industry. The bed was small for a queen. It seemed like a full queen. Also mattress was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Room was 106.

Have stayed at this GrandStay before! It is so clean and well appointed. The rooms have every amenity. The beds and bedding are great! The bathroom is immaculate with great towels. So appreciate bar soap as well as shower gel.
The always available coffee and tea in the cozy lobby is really nice. They have a full breakfast with so many options! Excellent!!
We were not able to enjoy the pool area but it looks very nice.
We are both retired airline crew who have spent our lives in hotels. We know a well run and excellent hotel when we experience it. Grand Stay Hotel in Sisters, OR checks all the boxes!!

Small 2-storey hotel, very nice ambiance, clean spacious rooms with sitting area and good breakfast. No elevator, but no problem carrying a bag up one flight of stairs.

clean from the moment we walked in. Had a fresh, new scent. All the surfaces and carpets were clean. Enjoyed the wonderful mattress and how very quiet it was. The breakfast far surpassed others that I have had in other chains. Appreciated the proximity to town and all the shops. If I am in Sisters again, I will most assuredly stay there!

Thank you to the desk staff and breakfast manager- so friendly and helpful! Rooms are very comfortable (including beds and I have back problems if the bed is not comfortable). We stayed 3 nights and will stay again.

What a nice property. Convenient, wonderful staff. Immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. A/C was silent and efficient. Plenty of room in the very clean bathroom.
I’m sitting in a hotel lobby in Bend waiting for my room that should have been ready two hours ago. I wish I were back in Sisters at the Grandstay.

Great breakfast! Staff friendly & helpful. Bathroom & separate jetted tub excellent. Pool & fire pit looked great. Accommodating with room service (cleaning).

Rooms were cleaned but had a sour smell. I think it was the shower area. Probably from a lack of ventilation. We thought it may have been lingering sweat from a person. Later we thought maybe it was vinegar. But not sure. We opened the windows and turned on the fan. It cleared out after 20 minutes.
Luckily, my wife and I are able to bring luggage to the second floor. Without elevators, I would need to consider another place for my elderly mother.
Front desk staff and breakfast, both ladies, were very nice and personable.

This was my first time at GrandStay, we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, nice breakfast and the room. It was quiet and conveniently located for driving a very short distance and being in the heart of downtown Sisters. I would definitely book it again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean as well. The breakfast was great for a free hotel breakfast. They had quite a few food options and even offered cartons of almond milk and cage free hard boiled eggs.

Our arrival was a bit rocky as the reservation system was affected by the big Microsoft outage. Eventually the staff figured out a work-around so we could get in to a room. All the staff were very friendly and we had a very comfortable stay that more than made up for the couple hour lag to check in.

This is our favorite hotel in Sisters OR and we’ve stayed here 3 times. It’s so comfortable and clean. Also has that western vibe!

This place is quite nice. Was built recently so in excellent condition. Very clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the bed was a little hard for my liking but a lot of people like that so that’s a personal thing. The breakfast was good and my room was quiet and very spacious.

Staff was awesome. They helped with things to do in the area. Breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the fire pit in the evening. We will definitely be staying here again.
