I did not like there was no drinking water and no hand soap overall the property was excellent I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting there

Great location and staff

This property was in a great location, the staff was wonderful, the property itself was just okay and nothing spectacular, some outdatedness in the rooms but still comfortable and clean.

Rooms had bugs and towels had other people hair in them. My phone and credit card were stolen

I had a nice stay.

Will be back again at Grace Bay Suites. Reasons: - 5 minutes walk to the best beach in the World - close to tons of restaurants - free breakfast to 3 different places - lowest rates than all surrounding hotels - warm smile from front desk (Ebony!)

Property is a bit dated but the rooms and property are clean. Access to Grace Bay beaches and shopping

Nice location

The room was clean and tidy; the staff was good and helpful. The facility/room can use some updating (fresh paint, lighting in the room, etc). Otherwise no complaint. It is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping.

No front desk staff at night. Pool party until 2am. People were sitting on my rental car and smashed the hood. I was parked in front of the hotel front office and still had a problem.

I liked the pool and the intimacy.

Room was huge, spacious and clean. Always got clean towels every day. Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was excellent for shopping, eating. Liked the breakfast vouchers because we were able to try out different restaurants. Would stay here again.

You get what you pay for, the breakfast options were great! Everything is at a walkable distance. The room was nice and cold!

Nice property, and good staff

To Who It May Concern I went to Turks and Caicos through your agency you showed me a different Hotel then I was staying in that is false advertisement and I just had surgery on my hip I was only 3 weeks out and I asked for accommodations for someone that's handicapped you did not provide me that I had to climb three flights of stairs coming and going every time I left the building I believe I should have my money back or part of it I bought the warranty with my package

Bedroom setting and organization around the hotel is great but they need to work on the bathroom mold and mildew and it’s smell not the best otherwise the stay would of been great The bedding was great I’m the kind that checks the mattress on arrival

Cute hotel

We like that it’s down town and you can walk everywhere. We didn’t like that it’s not a beach from property but they have reserved chairs and umbrellas on the beach for the guest. Also, it says breakfast included, it’s not really breakfast included, it’s $10 voucher per person. If you exceed the $10, you will have to pay the difference. Not sure if you’ve been to TCI but this island is very expensive, so the $10 voucher only covers very little.

It was very nice and clean. And convenient to stores, restaurants and beach.

This property is located in the heart of Grace Bay! A short 3 minute walk to the beach with available beach chairs for guests and towels provided (from hotel). Breakfast voucher options were provided at three locations that were excellent (Cafe Shay was our favorite) but would recommend all. Will visit and stay at this location again.

Stayed in nice room on 3rd floor overlooking pool. Property has no elevator.

Great staff, very clean and comfortable room with everything I needed. Its right in the center of everything with a fun Danny Buoys restaurant and bar steps away. I would gladly stay here again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pool area is adorable. The TV didn't work most nights. perfect area.

The ac is completely shut off when you get to your room. The room was extremely hot! The last thing you want is trying to relax after traveling and walk in a room that feels like a sauna. The restroom had ants and our ac was leaking water. The breakfast is not fully included They give you a $10 per person voucher to a restaurant near by. $10 in Turks doesn’t even cover a sandwich. So yes you will pay for most of your breakfast. But the lady’s as the front desk are very nice and friendly.

I like how close it was to everything.

Clean hotel

This property is located down an alley next to a garbage dump. The smell of rotten fish and garbage can be smelled constantly. There is no elevator so if your room is on the third floor be prepared. The air conditioner barely worked and the only way to keep it on was to keep your room card in the slot, so if you leave the room and take your key with you, be prepared to come back to an extremely hot environment. The bathroom had moldy curtains in the shower and the toilet was installed crooked so the bathroom door could open and close. If you are returning to your room at night be careful walking down the dark alley to get to your room. There is a dirty shared microwave outside by the stairs next to all the broken appliances they haven’t gotten rid of yet. Spend the extra money on a decent hotel, not worth saving a dollar to be miserable. When checking out on the same day we checked in the owner was called and tried to claim this was an 8 star hotel and was upset we were leaving. I would rate it a zero star accommodation. If anyone is interested in seeing the real pictures of this hotel Expedia has a copy of them. Don’t be fooled by the pics posted on there advertisement. Stay away.
