There is absolutely no communication with this property at all. The room was dirty. On the bed dirty sheets and blanket with a wet washcloth on top of it. We was only there for 15 minutes and found somewhere else to stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room itsself was nice,however when we booked it was advertised as ocean view. It was actually a partial view you could only see part of the ocean from the balcony. Pictures included of view. We stayed in room 202. I was told upon arrival there would be a cleaning fee. Once i areived i looked at my bank statements, i was charged more than i was told Upon asking i was told that was cleaning plus 10 percent local tax. Not very transparent. There is no front staff or anyone to check in with. On our check outday ,whiich checkout is 10am . Well at 8:55 am the cleaning people opened the door unannouced with us not even awake yet. No knock or warning at all. Price per night was fair. Socks will get dirty from the floors. . Location is great and easy to find. The pool is empty and has been for some time. There is no bbq area as advertised,also no beach access ,you have to walk down and around thru the gate the cars drive onto the beach.Nothing repaired since the hurricane two years ago. Also advertises a gym. Its no longer there either.

Rental a luxruy studio with 2 queen beds that is not what i got it was a small room 1 bed no seating. I was here to visit my son for his high-school graduation and he was planning to stay with me and yes i put 2 adults on my reservations, which is why i needed 2 beds. So i was not able to even stay here and was left scrambling at 2am after a whole day of travel abd delayed flights to find somewhere else to stay. Worst experience ever. Then when the renter finally did reach out and text me when i said theres a problem with the room they then blocked my phone number. This place is a rip off.

The property is oceanfront right on the sand. There is no one at a front desk to contact for anything. We received a few texts from someone regarding a parking pass but that was it. Thankfully we didn’t need to contact anyone for assistance during our stay. The room was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and it had a full kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

There was no front desk to check in or out. And we really liked being able to just go straight up to the room when we arrived and when our stay was over to just make sure keys were left and door was locked. We would for sure stay here again and plan on booking for a few weeks out with our kids.

Privately owned property, maintenance seems to resent owners renting as any request is ignored no matter what it is. Sometimes things beyond control happen and the staff seem to relish in others bad fortune and in punishing those who spend $$$$ to stay there.

The room was okay, I check in at 4:30 pm and I walk in to someone mopping the floors which wasn't ready at 4pm. It was pretty wet going in. I had to hunt for the person I rented to give me information about what room I got since they never send me information which room I was going to get. No front desk help anywhere. At my arrival no outside restroom available. All where out of order. The room seem organzie and nice but my toilet didnt work which I had to keep filling the tank with water in order to flush. I text the tentant and never heard back. Called the numbers from this place and they told me to call 911. Like seriously who calls emergency when a toilet doesn't flush. The place itself wasn't terrible to stay in but I won't be coming back to this place. Very poor communication.

We checked in for all of 10 minutes. Was not the room we were promised thru confirmation email. Two beds instead of 1 not ocean front. Pool was under construction and was never told this. Water damage in the bathroom. Nasty humid room. Tried to politely tell the owner and they were rude about all of it. Asked for a refund of any kind since we left with in 20 mins and did not even stay there the person proceeded to argue with me about it.

There was no hot water in the kichen. Bathroom water could of been hotter. Nobody on site. Balcony view is beautiful. I was concerned about 2 poles missing from the balcony railing. Small child coul easily fall thru. Sounds like all complaints but we really did enjoy our stay. Felt safe oh yeah my account was charged $35 over said price. Motel was suppose to call me back im still waiting

The property was very centrally located in Daytona area. We stayed in a unit while we were there. The room was clean when we got there. I did have a few complaints about the room though. The mattresses on the beds were very well worn. The springs, in the bed I slept in, you could feel them through the bedding. The patio door lock didn't work and the wind made the door jiggle during the night. The heater/cooling unit in the room worked the first few days and then it didn't work anymore. We were happy that there was a heater in the closet we were able to use to warm up the room. It was chilly some of the days we spent there. The one cupboard door next to the fridge was broken and when you opened it the only thing that stayed on the cupboard frame was the one panel stile and the hinges.

If you want to enjoy the ocean view, this is the place for you. Of course there was no pool, no gym, the balcony was boarded up on the second day of our stay. All this is due to the fact that the building is at the restoration stage. The room was clean, but the plumbing was faulty. There was no hot water in the kitchen.

For one night it was alright. Temperature in the 30’s and there was no heater except for a very small heater found in the closet. No blankets to be found and no hot water for a shower.

There was extensive water damage. Water was coming up thru the cracks in the tile. NO hot water, even after letting it run at least 20 minutes. Took shower in cold water. Totally unacceptable. This room should never have been rented out. Health hazard, possible mold.

Well, normally, I am very easy to please when it comes to hotels, I will let so many things slide. Overall, my husband and I were content with the property the biggest thing I am not happy about is that my card was overcharged and when messaging the property I got zero responses the entire time I was there, I still have no answers as to why I was charged $40 more than I was supposed to be. The area was hit by the hurricane back in February so a lot of the hotels in the area are under construction. This hotel currently has no pool and it’s just rubble which was fine for us but if we would’ve brought our kids, it would not have been ideal. We were placed in the wrong room Based on the photos. The room was clean and we enjoyed ourselves. The bed was very comfortable, but if you stay here and make sure you bring toilet paper, we only had one roll and we were staying for a whole week we ended up going to the store and buying a pack of toilet paper. My husband and I went down on a very tight budget, so I guess we get what we pay for but just beware if you plan to book you will not get a response from whoever is in charge of these rooms. I’m going to have to call Expedia to get my detailed receipt.

Room had ants. Within a couple days they sent someone to put out stuff for the ants. Also, all of pool and beach access was not available due to storms would have been nice to have known this ahead of time, but still had a good time would use again After construction and maintenance completed

Room was nice, view of the beach was great. This property was hit by hurricane so no pool, dining room, access to beach. Elevators were sporadic and had to keep finding one that worked. Would not recommend for a vacation spot.

Property had no pool which wasn’t put in listing two out of three elevators not working and had to walk along side the building in gravel and dirt to get to the beach because there is no working lobby. Didn’t even stay there and tried to contact phone number and Expedia and got no reply. Would like to receive a refund because now out of pocket for two rooms.

I booked a 2 queen beds and upon entering the room its only 1 bed in there. There is no one attending the hotel to fix the mistake.

The resort was under major renovations and there were times water was off. The pool was not open and the workout room had no equipment. The from door handles were broken. Not a good first impression.

This property had hurricane damage. This property was not supposed to be rented out per an inspector that came to our room to check moisture levels. The property showed signs of flooding damage; bathroom door swelled would not close, bathroom drawers and cabinet smelled of mold/mildew, drawers showed signs of mold already developing, bottom kitchenette cabinets smelled of mold/mildew. Tile floor grout was filthy in all of unit. I requested a full refund but was denied. Told I didn’t communicate issues, I requested an extra parking pass which I was told would be delivered on day 2 but never was delivered. So the owner communication had issues from the start. I left a flooded home under repair to stay in this property so I do know flooding damage. My family should have never been exposed to these health hazards. I still expect a full refund.

This is not a hotel. The person who owns the property is very difficult to communicate with. His voicemail was full and when I had a complaint about him lying about the room, he stopped answering me. It is not an ocean view as stated in the description and picture. I was told the picture is a "cover photo" and not the actual room. The room is right next to the entrance to the key, and the windows are paper thin. All nigjt we could hear cars and motorcycles passing. The room was pretty clean except the floors. Our feet were black with dirt when walking on them. The pool was closed due to Hurricane Ian. Overall I would not stay here!

Wrong instructions for locking the room. No room key so we were unable to lock door if we left. Had to wait too long to communicate for correct instructions. Mattress was terrible. Nightlight lamp bulb did not work. Full height shower had curtain which was not suitable to keep water off the floor.
Did not meet standards for price of room.

Great hotel for the price range. Perfect location, virtually direct on the beach, with balcony facing east, overlooking the Atlantic ocean.
There's no reception, so you can just enter the room with 4 digit code, recieved on mail, up front.
Used but well kept and above all, clean and friendly environment.
We would be happy to go back there another time...
