I felt my stay was substandard for what I would expect. Pool was out of order, WIFi was punishing weak to the point where I couldn’t use it in my room unless I was against the door and the key card system was very frustrating to use with the swipe magnetic strip, to the point I had to reassign my key card twice in a day. The room itself was nice enough and as expected and the staff on reception good too. Just some very frustrating things.

Last time we were there everything was perfect. This time our ercondition, bar fridge and tv didnt work. After two calls they were able to fix ercondition only.I anderstud that they are in fool capacity an cant give us new room. Its a beautiful place but they have to take little more care about there gests.

The room was nice and updated. The bathroom had plenty of room and the A/C work great. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. I wish housekeeping was a little better. I asked for more coffee for my room but never got it. They did t come to room to replace towels but I called the front desk and they had them brought. Plus, it was after 10 pm and I really appreciated it. I would recommend this hotel. The location is fabulous. There is a parking lot and easy to get picked up when I had friends come get me.

I traveled to Sarajevo with my friend and stayed in hotel holiday for few days, but we been disappointed !
I was waiting 20 minutes for check in as just one receptionist was working.
No one came to clean our room and changing towel,I called and asked for room service , they sent clean towel but no one was available to do cleaning.
Breakfast was ok, but tables were dirty and didn’t change the table clothes. Very disgusting!
I don’t understand how this hotel has 4 stars!

This was a terrible experience
Air condition sounded as an airplane
Mini bar was hot not cold
Wi-Fi was a disaster
Breakfast was terrible
One of the lifts sounded like it would crash in any minute
Windows were not isolated so you could hear traffic and music in the room
When we arrived the room smelled awful and the people in the reception told us to pour water in the drain which helped But you Don’t expect that you should do that Something for them todo before guest arrive
Cleaning wasn’t good We stayed 5 days and no cleaning Only towels where changed But never correct Always some towel missing

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, location was very good with free parking. Pool was great fun, staff were friendly, the only minus was breakfast, it was limited and not very tasty. Overall was a good hotel, I would recommend but not the breakfast

Really nice, clean hotel in Sarajevo. The location was within walking distance to several restaurants, Public transport, and sights. The AC was nice and cool, the room was clean, and the customer service was excellent. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel staff was very friendly. Good breakfast, clean room, excellent mattresses. Room to improve: a very poor Wi-Fi, absence of electrical kettle or some source of hot water to have a cup of coffee/tea in the room.

Quiet location.The hotel is located close to different shopping malls, and is walking distance to Old town Sarajevo (Baščaršija)

Really kind and attentive staff. The hotel really is frozen in time from the Olympics so expect an older, 80s style environment, though the rooms have been updated with new beds and consoles making for a comfortable sleep.

We had an early flight the next morning and just wanted some sleep. But there was an outdoor techno concert next to our side of the hotel. They should have moved us to somewhere quieter (there seemed to be A LOT of empty rooms) or warned us upon booking that it would be next to this concert. Then we would have found another hotel. Had expected better.

The hotel is located close to different shopping malls, and is only 15 minutes by walk From Old town og Sarajevo.

I happy I only staid here for one night. It's not a 4 star hotel. I would give it - 2 stars. Smoking is aloud in the rooms, so it was a terrible experience if you don't smoke. The breakfast area was built like a bunker no windows at all and poor lighting. And the breakfast itself wasn't a treat either.

It was very difficult to figure out how to get INTO the hotel but once there everything was great.

Three times i asked for pickup in airport- got no anwer. Swimmingpool closed. Wifi in room not working. No room cleaning.

The hotel was easy to get to, centrally locared and the staff very helpful. We stayed on the 10th floor and had lovely biews over the city.

Overall good stay! The AC did not work! I didn’t complained because I was able to open the window and the temperature outside was cool enough! Convenient location! Close to two main shopping mall (which is always good)! Within walking distance of some main attractions!

Nice historic hotel, pretty good location a nice view. The parking was abit awkward, as there is a paid parking lot close by, with the name of the hotel on it, which only lets you pay with cash. This is not very practical when you just arrived in the country, so we had to spend half an hour trying to get 2 BAM just to get out of the parking lot and into the proper parking.
