This hotel was much better than the last hotel I stayed at in Fishers. It was clean, the room was perfect and the staff helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and the bar offered a good selection oof food options.

Great location!! Lots of Amenities!! The way the rooms are described on hotels.com can be a little misleading in terms of the number of beds. Be sure to read closely as one of the beds could be including the pull-out couch.

Very clean and quiet hotel

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable and great location. However, the hotel charged my debit card twice taking an additional $1450 cash out of my account and did nothing to rectify the situation. Manager wouldn’t even speak to me. So after a 3 night stay, we are still waiting for a refund which is absurd because it was their mistake and took a large chunk of our vacation money. We were offered no discount, food or beverage voucher- nothing! Horrendous customer service

It was nice. Room was a bit humid at night. Otherwise fine, and a good breakfast.

When we first checked in we were not even greeted at the front counter. It was almost as if we were bothering the staff. Then we get up to our room and our toilet was leaking. So after getting all settled in from driving 3-1/2 hours we now had to switch rooms because apparently there was no maintenance on site. Our second room was on the second floor. We were able to hear the bar and people laughing and screaming until 1am. We called the front desk and apparently they couldn’t do anything about it because they are paying customers too. The guy was very rude on the phone! What hotel bar is open until 2am?!?! Finally, after sleeping there for two day, my face broke out so bad from whatever they do or do not wash the sheets with. We check out after our stay and big surprise, it was as if we were bothering the staff yet again. Not too sure if they hate their lives, if it’s because we are an inter-racial lesbian couple, or if that is just the personality in Indiana. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Room exceeded expectations. Room was large and bed was extremely comfortable. Hot free breakfast was also a great perk, and had quite a few options to choose from. Also, the area around the hotel was great and had several places you could walk to. It was not too far away from Ruoff concert venue either, which was the main reason for my stay this hotel. Would definitely stay there again!

This was an average stay. I’ve seen better & worse. Not as clean as it should be & a few things in the room were in disrepair.

Modern, new, clean hotel. Plenty of room and very large bathroom/shower. Pleased with the complimentary breakfast and easy check out experience. Will definitely stay again.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at visiting the area. For some reason the hallway smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. Besides that it was a good stay.

Impolite employees made our stay quite unpleasant. In the walking closet there was trash: a pair of used socks on the floor and a broken purple paper box. There was dust on the baseboard
