Overall a good stay. No issues or problems encountered. Clean rooms and venue. Friendly staff and the food was good.

This property is located on a very busy road and the windows are single pane so the traffic noise is unbearable. The rooms are way to small, the smoke detector in my room was missing. Would not recommend this hotel to visitors.

The washroom wasn’t up to standard and the cable didn’t work restaurant service was not good server was tried didn’t see her agin after my order was taken, breakfasts was fine.

No hot water. The restaurant turns into a live music hall Saturday night making it difficult to sleep

I was in transit in Trinidad and chose this hotel as it was less than 5 minutes drive to the airport. My room was next to the highway so extremely noisy when it was time to sleep. It's OK for 1 night stay but I wouldn't stay longer. 10USD to the airport was ideal. Staff were friendly, breakfast was really good which was included in the price.

No shuttle option, laundry list of rules including who is and who is not allowed in the room I paid for. Very loud at night, and the ac on the lowest setting was barely enough to keep me cool.

Way over priced. This hotel shouldn't be over 80usd a night. EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC EVERY SINGLE NIGHT TILL 10PM. Food average. Drink and food prices exorbitant. I wouldn't stay there again. Pool hours till 8pm because or restaurant dinning. Just madness. Holiday inn is much better for the same money

I am a returning customer but was sadly disappointed. Not as advertised. Although attempts were made to provide a suitable room, they were all uncomfortable downgrades. After a long flight and numerous trips up and down the hotel, I resorted to forfeiting my stay and moved to another hotel. No refunds provided for Expedia bookings.
Front desk staff could use customer service training as well.

Too much money for the very low average facilities offered. $210 plus “resort fees” per night. And if you ask for a late checkout (we arrived late the previous night, and went to bed past 3 am by the time check in etc was done), they wanted another $20 per hour, or part of hour after checkout time.

This is my second stay at the property and i would highly recommend it for travelling.

Receptionist very unpleasant. Extremely small elevator, bedroom facing main highway, very noisy. Light switches not convenient to use area. Damp towels in the bathroom, baseboards coming apart from wall at entryway. Photo on site does not reflect the reality. Security person was very pleasant and helpful.

This property is more of a disco than a hotel. The toilet was dirty, and the Wi-Fi did not work for the most part. It's actually the second worst hotel I have travelled to.

I had a great stay at the Runway Hotel. The rooms were tidy and the service was excellent. Located in a fantastic area, it’s perfect for exploring. The only minor issue is the music on Friday nights, which is part of the vibrant Caribbean nightlife – some might find it a bit loud, but it didn't bother me. Overall, I fully recommend this hotel!

Rooms are severely in need of an upgrade. Was promised rainfall shower and king deluxe room, unfortunately got nothing like described.
Staff communication lacked. Was told by front desk we could eat our food in the dining area, went to dining area and was told we cannot eat there.
Friends had issues with their ACs not working.
The pool is in a weird place situated in the middle of the lobby and the restaurant.
Would only stay here again only if it was the last option available.

First of all I loved pretty much everything about the hotel. It was conveniently located near the airport for my one night business stay. My flight was delayed for more than 4 hours so I checked in about 10pm. I kept asking 3 different staff if I could check out late because I will be leaving 8pm the following day. No one even tried to facilitate my request. I didn’t even stay 24 hrs. They insisted I pay 150tt per extra hour or 165US for another night. I paid 450tt so I could check out 3pm. In short not very accommodating for people in bad situations like mine.
