Amazing service. More than we even asked for. Escorted us to the bus to our terminal including taking the luggage trolley down the escalator! Drinks at the bar were delicious. Excellent property

Very nice hotel for an overnight stop before catching an early flight the next day. We had an excellent meal in the German restaurant in the adjoining Sheraton Hotel. Overall, a very pleasant relaxing stay.

we were in transit and stayed here before our flight. we were early and were sent to the club level. Our room was not ready but Alexandra was exceptionally nice. continually updating us on our room availability. it was a good experience

When I entered the room, all the lights were out and did not turn on. I went back to the front desk, and the front person called a maintenance person to fix the light issue. I waited in front of the room for 15 minutes until I gave up and returned to the front again. After 10 mins, it was finally fixed. A room service person came to my room at 7 am the next day. I told him that I would check out on the day and there was no need to come and clean so early before my checkout. This was my worst experience with Marriott.

We had a wonderful lay over night traveling from Krakow to Dallas. Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and very accessible to the terminal. Highly recommend.

Very convenient for an overnight stay. We were ending our Europe trip and had a day to spend in Frankfurt before flying home. After checking in and dropping off our luggage, we took the train from the airport into Frankfurt's New Old Town. Although it was a bit confusing to find our way to the train station, we succeeded. The best part was knowing that we were right at the airport for our flight the next day. Staff was friendly, too.

It was difficult to figure out how to operate the room lighting. It seemed that the bathroom could be lighted up only by lighting the entire room, which was disruptive. Thermostat operations were very difficult to understand.

Easy to access airport. Otherwise property is stuffy and badly needs airing out. Staff were super not helpful. Gave us a room that was a 5 min walk from the elevator - no joke. When seeing us check in with 6 bags. In room dining menu on the TV want working so they offer to bring me one in 20 min after first denying that the TV is broken. Woke experience was poor - only good thing is it’s connected to the airport.

Oddly, since there were no clues as we departed the hotel we first ended up in the Sheraton foyer rather than towards the airport - a small sign somewhere at the junction would easily avoid that confusion

We sat at the bar & had drinks (beer & wine) and ordered Cobb & Caesar Salad. Piotr Charkiewicz was our bar tender & he was excellent. Very welcoming, friendly, efficient & checked on our food (which was a bit delayed). Hats off to the training you have provided to your staff. Piotr is a star!

Thoroughly enjoyed! Did a club room too. Evening check in was quiet and the attendant was friendly and informative. Lounge on lvl 9 was nice, snacks and drinks as expected and the attendants there were courteous and happy to assist. Didn’t use the main bar and restaurant on main/2nd flr, but passing by, noticed the bar was full and active. Nice layout.
I would put buffet as excellent. Wait staff courteous and attentive. Loved the cart at mid level with kid choices.

Property is not easy to find, also is not cheap i selected that one because i thought breakfast will be included but it is extra charge. Won’t be back at this hotel.
