Breakfast in the dining room was adequate. Menu service only.

Only Spanish is understood. My command of Spanish was limited, having studied that language over 50 years ago and seldom having had need to use it. Google Translate came to the rescue in asking for a wake-up call. The taxi I'd ordered at the front desk was not there when I needed it the following morning, leading to anxious minutes as another taxi was called to get me to the bus station on time. I should have gone to the front desk the first thing in the morning to be sure that a taxi had been called.

The food was amazing. The room had great space.

The rooms are ok, the place is big enough, and it’s not expensive.

A little bit far away from tourist attractions

The distance to the airport was not too bad.

Almost everything; this seems to have been a motel before and it looks like it was “remodeled” or something into a hotel. I do not think this would be e 3 star hotel, I feel it’s more like a 1.5, almost 2 star hotel. There was humidity on the walls, the bed sheets were stained, there was mold in the restroom, and I saw cockroaches.
