The hotel is just amazing, it totally exceeded my expectations. Just perfect

In Premium King room, main bathroom door broken.
Bathroom light switch broken, can't turn off light.
Life House never responded to my chat message, and that is the recommended way to contact them, there is no phone number you can call to talk to a person.
Pic shows what room looked like at 2 AM for twenty minutes until lights finally turned off. Wrecked our sleep.

Really cool place in a great location – – close to downtown while enjoying quieter, neighborhood amenities and fun spots in Highlands.
The amenities were good – – including the bed and towels, etc. but the lighting was pretty dim, especially in the bathroom sink area, and the rain showerhead was hard to deal with.
The HVAC was pretty noisy so we opted for open windows-- fine to do in October, but not so much if it were super hot or cold out.

This is a no-service hotel. Check yourself in and out. No real front desk. That’s considered a downside for some, but we didn’t mind it. And actually, the room was so beautifully and tastefully decorated (high ceilings - on the third floor, really great black out curtains on these cool bunk beds that the kids absolutely loved, great finishes on all the bathroom/bedroom, etc).
2.5
This was such a beautiful boutique hotel! The amenities were luxurious, the aesthetic was cute, and it was extremely clean, safe, and in a walkable area. Definitely will return!
3.0
Beautiful property, in a unique location above a boutique restaurant. Rooms are well appointed, with interesting furnishings and a fun design aesthetic. Walls between the rooms are thin. The overhead HVAC units are about as noisy as an airplane landing and run constantly trying to cool the room. So difficult to sleep without earplugs.

What else can I say. It was perfect for me!

Very nice, great location

Clean and cute space. Easy to check in and out even with the kiosk.

I received the email stating check in until 11:00, but if it will be after 11:00, text the number and arrangements can be made and if I needed anything, text that number for help. Both kiosks gave me errors when putting in my card for incidentals, (I tried 3 good, valid cards on both kiosks),and neither worked. It was around 11:30 and I texted the number with no response until around noon the following day. We have 3 small kids, so made other arrangements. What a disappointing first impression and major inconvenience. The GM did reach out the next day (around noon), and told me what they got from the 3rd party (hotel.com) would be refunded. So I’m out hundreds in service fees along with the inconvenience. I can’t see my family trying that again.

Overall is a very good hotel. Didn’t like the self check in, there is no one to talk to if you need help with anything

Not much in the way of parking, but the room itself was great!

Had an amazing stay here!! It was clean and super easy to check in and out! The lower Highlands was a really nice area with lots of dining options walking distance. Really safe area and overall amazing
4.0
Great hotel with really great rooms. There isn’t service per se, you check in on your own and there isn’t service staff. Rooms are really spacious, beds are comfortable and rooms are well designed

Literally never returned my message about how to check into the room, and we had to stay somewhere else.

The Life House is not your normal Hotel. And after staying there it will be our only pick when searching in the Denver area. Such a clean, well put together hotel. Will definitely recommend this to all our friends and family!

Beautiful hotel, comforting furnishings, great toiletries, very comfortable, cool vibe, outstanding restaurant, bar with many boutique cocktails. We love all of the LifeHouse hotels we’ve visited.

Perfect overnight stay in Denver. Family of 4 stayed in the bunk room. This hotel met all of our needs. New, clean, comfortable, and interesting. It’s in a real neighborhood as opposed to a sterile commercial block downtown. We flew in late, had dinner at the restaurant across the street and checked in. There is no typical front desk or concierge waiting for you - but we liked that. We walked around the neighborhood at night and found a couple of cool watering holes a few blocks away.
The big built in bunk beds were great (full size). Very happy with the quality of the room - and a great price. Not sure what any of the negative reviews were about.

Very cool concept. I'm tech savvy so it was easy for me to navigate my own check in and communication through the app and text. I can see someone who isn't used to this being frustrated not knowing how to key their own card etc but I loved it.
What I wasn't quite find if it the drapes didn't close all the way and left big gaps. Not great for privacy (room 308). Also no side table on one side of the bed. Otherwise we would absolutely stay here again. Just a different room.

Easy check in and great rooms! Great beds and strong water pressure in shower! The food at the in house restaurant is 5 star!

Loved everything about its. Quiet and clean property and centrally located in highlands. Super walkable and nice neighborhood too. Will definitely be back!

A/C unit was sooooo loud! Didn’t like the fact that no one was around at front desk.

We loved it so much! I didn’t have the strength to open and close the bathroom doors and the motion light went out when I was in the shower and my daughter as well, that wasn’t fun but still 5 stars! The staff was so awesome, we felt special

I love this hotel. We have stayed here before and I booked this again for our anniversary. I received a pre-check in text and needed clarification on our reservation so I responded but never got an answer back. Then I realized that the room was booked for the wrong night. I have been trying to reach them for 10 days now and have not gotten a response on any platform. I have called multiple numbers, texted, emailed, Messaged on the app, reached out via Instagram and Expedia has also been trying to contact them for five days now, all with no acknowledgment that anyone has even received a message. This is a hotel where you check in at a kiosk and there is no front desk. I have no idea what would've happened if this was an emergency situation situation. The communication is absolutely horrible and it makes me so sad because I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel again. I would avoid Life House hotels in general because of their lack of communication.

It was very nice but the beds were uncomfortable.

It was easy to check in and out. Tv was difficult.

HVAC is incredibly noisy! Windows made noise with high winds. Motion lights could not be turned off and come on with small movements but also shut off in the bathroom while taking a shower. Level 2 rooms are half the size of level 3 for the same price.

I liked the beds and the layout of the room. The area was quite nice, great restaurants around. I didn't like the smell of wine and musk in the hotel, the walls were thin so I heard a lot of loud obscene things (I'm usually not that bothered by these things but it was more than uncomfortable) absolutely no sound proofing I'll tell you that. The restaurant played music rather loudly, not too late at night though. Someone had their netflix login left on the TV after I shut off the horror movie style music playing on it. There were bodily fluid stains on the chairs that I don't think come out. I want to say I loved this hotel but for the price it's unfortunate I stayed out for 10 hours just to avoid going back to it. It's beautiful but the energy, noises, smells and stains ruined the experience. All in all, don't stay here unless you are going to be away from the hotel for the majority of your trip. Or if you're comfortable in weird creepy environments.

Lovely property and staff !

Appreciated the late checkout, yet cleaning came early and just opened the door workout knocking. Some outlets by the bed did not work. No tissues. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Curtains would not close the whole way. Desk chair uncomfortable for long meetings.

Great stay, I always stay here and my family absolutely loves it. The amenities are amazing, I smell like a rich hippie with the Le Labo products. Will be stopping by again soon!

The best stay in Denver! The hotel is charming and the neighborhood outstanding.

Digital checkin was fast efficient and easy.

Loved the self check in feature, as well as the decor and smell of the hotel. Unfortunately, did not have opportunity to try the amazing restaurant / bar but are looking forward to trying the Spanish octopus dish, if they’re serving it during our next stay!

Friends since high school reuniting to celebrate our 40th birthdays! Lovely, swanky, and well-designed room with a king bed and full-sized bunks was the perfect amount of space for the four of us. We made getting ready work with the one bathroom, but could have used more mirrors and better lighting at the only mirror in the room. Other than that, we loved the space!

Location was great! We were only there over night and did not have a chance to enjoy the restaurant attached, but it looked amazing. Neighborhood was quiet with plenty of restaurants nearby.
