The staffs were exceptional and the food was good. The hotel is very clean and they have a nice gym

There are nice things about this place—most staff are friendly, the view is lovely especially at sunset, location is convenient for meetings in Kipe and close to airport. The big problem I had is that it’s not sanitary. The fixtures are not well cleaned, and I saw small roaches in my room several times. The arms of the desk chair in the room are stained by dirt accumulated over a long time — why not replace the fabric-covered chairs with plastic or wood chairs which may not seem as stylish but at least they can be cleaned easily? I’m not a germophobe but I do get stressed if I’m in a hotel with visible hygiene problems, especially because I wonder how many invisible ones there might be. The hotel management should invest much more in cleanliness, please.

Couple concerns: first of which, the pool is advertised as being 24 hours which is not the case. We were disappointed to get to the hotel to a closed pool. (We brought our kids as this property lists that kids 6 and under are welcome for free with an adult). The hotel said we could use the facilities the next day but then expected payment for use of the facilities. In one area of the pool, a mouse climbed out of the piping. The air conditioner, despite being set to high cool was blowing barely cool air which made sleeping quite difficult. We also purchased tickets for their valentines event at 500,000 fgn (local currency) and we’re advised that it was buffet style available until 2 am. This was in fact not accurate and they stopped serving dinner shortly after 10pm and was not buffet. Lastly, breakfast was meant to be included but they attempted to charge until I advised we booked through expedia. Overall, was a nice facility but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The service is amazing, check in process was awesome. Mr Doré and his stuff made my stay feel like a king lol. Will recommend this place & will be staying again.

Le rapport qualité-prix était très bien , le personnel local très jovial , notamment Mr Sow, mr Camara et Mademoisel fofana. Mais j’ai remarqué que le personnel étranger était très différents , ne saluait jamais , aucun signe de courtoisie , on dirait qu’il était tenu à d’autres standard. Good place , the local personnel was very helpful , but I have noticed that it’s was not the same case for other stuff members that were not locals ; felt like they were not entitled to the same standard

Franchement c’est un bon hôtel. J’ai aimé mon séjour là-bas. Il ya toujours l’ambiance et le staff de l’hôtel met tout le monde à l’aise. Un bon prix aussi par rapport qualité prix.
