Great hotel and location.

Stayed 4 nights here from May 16-20. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Room was spaciousness, clean and was servcied daily. Breakfast was a bit limited for options though. Its pretty much the same basic things which can get boring. View of acropolis at night on the rooftop restaurant was amazjng. Staff was kind enough to let me take as many pictures as i wanted, and even lowered the glass so there wasnt a reflectio jssue. Location is very close to acropolis, plaka and acropolis museum you can walk there in 15-20 mins. If you want to go to monistiraki I suggest you take the subway. Its 3 stops and about 15 mins. The area has lots of different dining options. The not so good things are Room temp was never as cool as i wanted it to bem you set it for 19 but it never goes below 23. Shower temp fluctuates sometimes Road noise is quite loud. You can hear traffic throughout the night Overall, i would still stay here again.

Amazing hotel! I travel quite a bit and it’s truly one of the best. Beautiful and smart design throughout, loved all their holiday decor and the Christmas tree! It’s exceptionally clean, especially the dining area. The staff is excellent esp the sweet and cute lady setting up breakfast, which is super good and fresh. Housekeeping was also excellent. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. I was super sad to leave!

We had a wonderful 04 nights in Athens and special thanks for the reception team at Heritage Hill! They were always attentive and thoughtful providing us valuable info and recommendations !

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was small but functional. We had a room on the busy street side so it was noisy. They need to update the stations on the TV. Either smart TV is needed or English movie station.

All in all its okey

It’s a good 4 star hotel, nice and clean, good breakfast, the people are very nice. It’s on a busy blvd so kind of noisy and the street is a little dirty or run down but seems safe enough - lots of normal people walking around. The subway is 2 blocks up and it’s clean and easy to use, only 1 stop to the Acropolis where all the good shopping and restaurants are, so we could easily return for an afternoon nap and shower before heading back out to dinner. I’d rather be in the heart of the old town but as last minute booking this works.

Second time at Heritage Hill, and will keep coming back. Great staff, great rooms, Aqua di Parma toiletries and a fantastic breakfast. What’s not to love? All staff 1 from reception to house keeping to restaurant treated us very nicely, and made us feel welcome and valued. Not just a number. Love this place.

Beautifully-appointed boutique hotel within walking distance of all the major sites. The rooms are modern and light and the service is excellent. Rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy with the sound of traffic, rooms at the back are more peaceful.

Staffs are all friendly and welcoming, the hotel is very modern and accessible

It turned out its a handicapped room. And the room was not fixed.

The location is good as it nears the public transportation hub. It is also within walking distance from the main attractions.

Small boutique hotel. Very very noisy! Room smelled of smoke even though a non smoking hotel. Wouldn’t change our room. Other people we were traveling with got upgraded rooms. We did not!

Very modern and clean and safe in athens

It was clean. Staff friendly. Sotiri was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for him. Any issues were quickly sorted. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

We loved our stay! Hotel was like new and beautifully designed. The bar/breakfast staff ladies were amazing, so thoughtful and helpful! We were seriously impressed! Less than 25 minute walk to acropolis and the markets. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!
