The rooms next to you could hear you and you could hear them, even if you just opened a drawer or walked in the room let’s not talk about the fact that if people were out on the balcony it was so loud in ur room that you couldn’t sleep! Plus the housekeeping started vacuuming at 8 am in the room next to us, usually 8am isn’t to early but Miami is a place to party, late parties and early noise in ur room sucks!

I found a lot of ants in my room 832 I told front desk and they say will finish the problem but I still slept with the ants 2 nigths.

The staff is super friendly and practical. The location is excellent. The hotel and facilities are clean. The beach and pool were also not too crowded. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stay at Radisson Miami Beach We arrived in Miami pretty late and arrived at the Radisson Miami Beach early morning Saturday, 9/7/24. Upon arrival, the front desk staff checked us in rather quickly and took my resort stay fee. I was advised that housekeeping would not do a full room cleaning until the 3rd night of stay. Keep in mind, the 3rd day would be Sunday, 9/8, and I accepted those conditions. I am a neat and clean person, so all day Saturday I was refreshing the room, I even borrowed the broom from the housekeeper on our floor to sweep out sand from the beach. I took out our own trash, and received more towels from housekeeping as well. This brings us to Sunday, 9/8/24. We slept in late, and left the room to go to brunch at approximately 2:30 ish. Before we left, I stopped by the front desk and advised them, that we were heading out and our room was ready to be throughly cleaned. The front desk attendant was an African American younger lady, who assured me that my room would be cleaned and service while we were out. She wrote down my room number, but I noticed she did not ask for more information. I asked her did she need my name on the reservation and more details, and she replied no, we will take care of it. I left the hotel, under the impression that my room would be throughly cleaned with fresh linen on the bed, new towels, clean floors and trash disposed. We arrived back to the hotel around 5:45 ish and I immediately stopped by the front desk again, to check

Everything was great, was surprised to have to pay for parking at ~$50/day. Honestly, no other complaints

Location is good. Reception, ants and TV set from the last century are bad.

It was a beautiful stay nice and quiet Hotel was in updated condition which is always my preference. Only one small hiccup that was addressed immediately by staff. Loved the Location on the beach 🏖️

Great stay for peace and quiet

I hated my stay. Too expensive, not breakfast, pay more to use the pool area. The pool is too deep, no place for kids. I received call from front desk about my kids noise from other guests. They should be better prepared about this and talk to the the guest before call me. As soon as I arrived, I received a message letting me know I wouldnt have housekeeper until the 3rd day of stay. It is a rude way to receive a vacay guest. So, I went by vacay and I had to do the work. The staff didnt seem be happy in being there. The walls seems very thing, because I could hear fight between other guests. A very terrible experience in the end of my vacay.

Lovely hotel , everything you need . A little expensive but that applies everywhere in Miami .

Great stay

The room was so hot . The elevator is like a tiny little box . The restaurants are never open in the hotel . The pool was great and the hotel does provide chairs at the pool . Breakfast was $110 for 3 people at the hotel . The rooms are extremely tiny so you really can’t gather with people in the room . But we made the best of it

Clean hotel room, easy access to the beach, easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.

Was a very family friendly place and had a great experience in Miami for The first time! But we loved everything also got a discount from the jetski riding! Food was amazing and customer service was top tier

The exterior of the property looks a little worn but we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was why we chose this location. We ate breakfast at the restaurant which was pretty good for the location & price. The burger & fries from Barcelona were pretty good as well. The rain shower heads were nice. The free trolley passes near the hotel. We would stay here again.

out of at least 50 staff i encountered or asked for help only one looked up while talking to us. rest were too glued to their phones to even look up, worst service I've encountered in a long time

There was clearly construction going on until 11:30 at night and starting around 6. It would have been nice to be informed about this and/or put in a room on the opposite side.
