What a happy surprise to find this place. We were not expecting to open the door to such a beautiful, well appointed room. Great stay, comfortable beds, very clean, love the individual decor. We had trouble finding enough outlets to charge electronics so I un-plugged the microwave. It got stuffy at night even with the bathroom window open, but the fan provided worked great! Upstairs neighbors were very loud, suddenly at 3AM the 4 girls decided to check out. They didn't even try to be quiet knowing this is a older place you'll hear a bit anyways. They stomped, dropped things for a good 30min then marched down the hall & stairs. I took my dog out to potty and told them they woke up our whole room. It sounded like they were moving furniture & dropping dishes. They said they could hardly walk from HTC. I said yeah my husband ran too & he's exhausted & we were all woken up. I wished them safe travels & we all tried to go back to sleep. Love the coffee cart on site, I had the best latte! Super friendly owners & sweet fur babies to greet you. Would love to stay again for HTC next year, sadly they are already booked up, not surprised it's a great little place to stay!

We drove 400 miles to find the perfect coastal experience and they delivered and then some.

Great for going fishing!

Hosts were friendly, as were their greeting pets! Their dog Luna was super mellow and friendly. Also met their cat, Lego. They have a coffee truck in the parking lot, and there’s a large restaurant next door. It’s less than ten minutes to the beach at Fort Stevens, and less than ten minutes to downtown Astoria. Plus, I got to see the elk that wander the forests next to the shore.

Great welcome, perfect for our needs, owners were ready to serve. Great recommendations for outings. Would return anytime.

Family owned - the owners are very friendly, kind, and attentive to the details that make your stay feel homey and welcomed. Outside lawn has picnic table and fire pit. Coffee truck with beverages and morning muffins, etc., sits in the parking lot, ready for you in the morning. Their golden retriever Luna and sweet kitty make for the perfect ambassadors. Highly recommend!

The owners were very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Ocean themed decor was cute. Bed was very comfortable. We had a good night sleep. A good base to visit Ft Stevens State Park.

Awesome place!

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. The owner has gone all out to make the rooms comfortable and cozy. Had lots of homey touches, a small fireplace, breakfast bars, robes, and all the bathroom supplies a person could need. I was very impressed at the time they took to create a binder detailing local merchants with flyers and menus. We found this to be super helpful in finding dinner. The owner also has a coffee truck in the parking lot which offers various options of coffee, energy drinks, Italian sodas, and food options as well. The only negative I would say is there is no air conditioning and if staying on a really warm day the room could get a little hot. However, the room did have a ceiling fan and a small plug-in fan that helped.
