Evening staff was very nice, very accommodating. Morning lady not so much Hotel was in good shape and reasonably priced

This is a super budget hotel for which we paid a very premium price during Coachella (over $450/night!!) so it's a bit difficult to know how to think about the review. There's no coffee pot (I ended up buying one at Walmart), no hairdryer (I ended up just letting my hair frizz up), you need bottled water, and it is super drab. That said, it did the job for what we needed it for. They are probably making their year's worth of income in this one week so...

They had bed bugs!

Just an average low-end type of place. Nothing to write home about. Would’ve loved to have stayed at a nicer more upscale place if it had been available. But this was okay for a place just to sleep.

I didn’t like anything about it. We ended up leaving right away. There were cigarette holes in the covers and staying on pillow cases.

Dirty, smelly

cockroaches running around, stains on bedding and towels, ripped out fire alarm and smoke detector, not a good location.

The hotel was filthy. Water poured out around the toilet when flushed. The room was full of mosquitoes. The property is across the street from the train, so it's super noisy. The police raided and busted drug dealers in the room next to us. We checked out early.

We are here from out of state and I asked the front desk if this was a safe area. However, we were only here about two hours before the police came and arrested the drug dealers in the room next to ours. Also, we are across the street from the train which is incredibly loud on and off. The room is full of gnats.

It was a thing amazing trip

Decent hotel for the price, nothing out of the ordinary. I would book again. Quiet place to get some rest

The room had a cloying, strong chemical scent. There were a dozen houseflies buzzing around on the ceiling with lone individuals flying down to pester us all night long. There were burn marks on the bed sheets and comforter and a large hole in the fitted sheet which was obviously burned from a dropped cigarette or something similar. Trains rumbled by and were super loud quite a few times during the night and kept waking me up. The worst however is waking up to something moving around on the pillow when I got up to use the restroom. Turning on the lights, I saw a number of them scurry off somewhere off the edge of the bed, but I got a good look and pictures and a video of a large bedbug which was hanging out on the pillow before it tried to hide. My biggest mistake was booking the reservation for a week. I didn't stay more than a night. Lodged a complaint with Expedia and they weren't able to do much. Tried checking out, but the front desk/staff were nowhere to be found and ringing the doorbell button on the window didn't get anyone to show up. Property owner wouldn't refund the rest of the stay for offering a horrible parasite ridden room which I refused to stay in any longer. Ripped off about $900.

Unclean, gum stuck to the headboard, unreliable key-card system for opening the door, stark overhead lights made one feel like they were in a deposition hearing. Smelled of tobacco smoke.

Good

Roaches in room. Loud music and noise all night from people doing illegal things. Walls are paper thin. Truly will never stay again and will close eyes when driving past it. This place was the worst. Zero Stars.

Room was ok, a little bit dusty,not dirty, but just dusty. I also ask for a receipt and the lady at the front desk say that she couldn't give me one since i pay through Expedia, wich i never had a issue before on any location.

Freight trains pass close by a number of times during the night so it is noisy. The furnishings are in decent shape though one drawer sagged to one side. Not too far from Hwy 10, on Indio Blvd alongside a bunch of other motels.

I was rob out of my money was locked out of the room because the key was demagnetized no one in the office

There was a burn hole in the comforter. It smelled weird. There was not one roll of toilet paper!

The beds are comfy but the floor is not clean walked from the bed to the toilet nd feet’s are BLACK nd the ppl around just walking up to us customers asking questions or for favors making my family and I uncomfortable

no coments, because im bad with expedia-com ..also im not looking for refunds i was only changed me day the reservation i tell you before...1000 time the lady or any representative previous..i talk to the lady yes ..but the expedia. Operator look lerd ..its ok ..i change company to make me reservation futures thanks

They had very noise guest. They train tracks are also across the street from hotel, so be prepared to hear it pass by and honk every 2 hrs all though the night and day.They had a designated smoking area that was unused because the guess were to lazy to walk over a few feet... instead found it easier to smoke outside other guess rooms and didn't mind blocking the path when trying to get to your room.

Hard to pull in the driveway. Across the street from a running train railroad. When I flushed the toilet water outed our into the floor as the seal was broke.

Need better service overall and pest control

Check out the area and see for yourself. BUDGET indeed.
