This property is more of an extended stay with occupants living on the property, not just visiting. The hotel was clean and price was reasonable but because people live there, animals are allowed inside the building.

Check in was quick, friendly, and efficient. The hotel was comfortable and the room spacious and clean . However we put our dirty towel and wash cloth outside door so that when house keeping came around they would pick up and leave fresh ones in its place. What happened was they put the dirty towels back inside our room and didn't leave clean ones in its place. HORRIBLE!

The staff was very kind but we chose this particular hotel because it had a kitchenette but they didn't have any kitchenware in sick to rent us so we had to go to Walmart to buy dishes, a sauce pain, pasta strainer, spoons, forks and cups. That was pretty inconvenient and an expected expensive. The floors were extremely dirty. After taking a shower the floor was so dirty that the dirt on the floor made a perfect outline of my feet on the towel from the water getting through to the floor through the towel. Other than that it was fine.

The property was nice. I would come again.

It was ok the only part that we didn’t like was they didn’t serve breakfast and people actually live at that hotel.

I loved the staff. They made me feel super safe and helped my worries. The cleanliness to my room was superb. Would definitely book again.

They made myself and my grandchild leave the hotel at 1am in the morning sitting on the sidewalk looking for a place to stay. There was a dispute between myself and my daughter. The police were called, and we throw out. They didn't care that my pressure and my heart rerate went up. The police called an ambulance, I was checked and was told I had 40 minutes to get out. If you are a senior citizens find someplace where we are treated better.

The employees was great, very helpful and caring

We were in town for a race and only stayed for a night. When we went to check in, Hotels.com had messed something up and it wasn’t showing that I had paid even though I already. Jay, the assistant GM, was so kind and helped get everything straightened out. The hotel was clean, the room was nice and neat. We will be staying again when we come for another race.

It was a great place to stay.

The hotel is a safe overnight stay. The only dislike I have is the call and knock on the door 15 minutes to asked about check out.

It was great. The staff are incredible. The only thing I could say is the pets. Which I know it’s an extended stay and they are welcome but allergies got the best of me.

Waited 2 hrs to check in, the rooms have a bad odor

It’s a smoke free hotel but I promise your room will be suffocated with cigarette smoke coming through the vent.

The front desk was very sweet and helpful and made me feel safe.

The room was very nice and it was convenient having a laundry room on the first floor. The only issue I saw was people placing rocks on the side doors to keep it open and people allowing their dogs to poop in the grassy areas in the parking lot.

I booked on Expedia and they actually didn’t have a room Available they called and cancelled on me. I was not happy but they called back and gave me a bigger room at the same price. Very helpful and nice hotel. No breakfast but good location.

The hotel looked very nice when we pulled in and the parking lot was packed so we thought this would be a great place to stay after driving all day on our trip home. Then we got into the room… As soon as the light was turned on, a cockroach ran across the wall and behind the bedside table. We tried to give the hotel a chance by asking them to switch our room due to the cockroach. The front desk wasn’t apologetic and didn’t seem to care too much but loved our room. Instead of live cockroaches in this second room, we found dead ones under the chair by the bed. There was no way we felt comfortable staying there. We told the front desk and found another hotel while sitting in their parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel or ever stay here again.

I picked this place because i wanted to fox my on breakfast but they didn't say it wouldn't be supplied with tool. I was disappointed. I had to ask for a broom the sweep because the floor was dirty. I dont what kind of pillow those were. We didn't sleep comfortably at all. The pillow was like marshmillows. Awkful. I wont pick it again.

I never coming back to the hotel and I will never recommend. You no have courtain on window.no paper towel on kitchenette nothing for cooking no champo no breakfast no coffee is the worst place that I have been very noise

There wasn't anything to cook with, no dishes, cutlery, in the kitchenette.Have to purchase internet to be able to use more than 1 device.Had to exchange towels/facecloths in order to receive clean ones, almost every towel and facecloth had hairs in the weave or on them. No phone in room - were told the next day when we asked "again" that the jack in our room wasn't working. We were not asked if we wanted to change rooms.No extra pillows and blankets, no coffee pot, blow dryer. Something was spilt down the door in the bathroom and only cleaned from the top to 1/2 way down. I have pictures.Items on the floor - penny stuck under baseboard, black circle - under the couch. Floor was filthy - my slippers were brown on the bottom - I had washed them before we left home. I have pictures of all these items as well. Tub wouldn't drain. When you were taking a shower. your feet were covered with water. I spoke to the check in clerk one evening, when she asked if there was something she could do, I said no I'm just waiting for my pizza delivery. No phone in our room for you to call us when it arrives. I spoke to her about some of the issues and she was going to pass it along to her manager. She apologized 3 times to me. For the money we paid for this room, it definitely wasn't worth it. We have travelled a lot, and paid less for a room which was MUCH better than this room.

The overall location of the property was great. I did not like having to pay a fee for a service animal. I also thought it was the worst idea to night have the hotel staff in palce 24 hours there was an emergency and we had to call ems to help a resident because hotel staff were at home sleeping. The noise level was awful and the staff was not empathetic nor willing to assist in resolving poor customer service after the initial check-in
