Hotel is not good

Location is extremely close to train station which makes it a breeze getting in and out of Milan. Staff was nice, apartment had amazing views and well stocked with everything you could need. Only negative would be the limited time for check in. If you don’t make it by the time (we didn’t, our plane didn’t land in time) you have to go around the block to check in/get your keys.

Beautiful apartment, lots of room, great views. Excellent location close to Milano Centrale if you are using the train to get around. Only shortcoming is the limited amount of kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. Other than this very minor issue, the apartment was outstanding.

The apartment was very clean. The ac was working good but must have been room temperature controlled as it sometimes took a slightly hotter temp. The staff and security were very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant. Just a 5 minute walk from the big Milano Centrale station and many good restaurants around. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Great apartments, very close to main train station (Centrale. - 7 min walk) and other stations nearby as well. The apartment was clean, fresh, great facilities and outstanding views of Milan. I would stay here again.

My family had a very comfortable stay at Torre Galfa Milano. Excellent luxury apartments near Milano Centrale train station.

The actual residence was spacious, clean, and pretty. The reception lady that checked us in was not helpful at all and a poor communicator. Security was always pleasant and helpful. No sheets available for pullout bed so bring your own. There is a dishwasher but no detergent. There is a washer but no detergent. There is an Aldi walking distance to buy these things. Only one set of towels. You can pay for housekeeping if you’d like. Close to metro. Neighborhood is clean and seems safe.

Very close to Milan central, yet very clean ad spacious for a family

The property and the apartments are in excellent conditions, the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. They spoke good English, communicated well and were very courteous. The property is close by amenities and 5 minutes walk from Milano Centrale Station. I strongly recommend this property and if I visit Milan again I will stay there again.

Nice property in great area. Only 5 minute walk from central train station. Clean, quiet and enough space for four adults. Would stay again.

The vacuum cleaner had so short cord it was really hard to use it. Some spoons were missing in kitchen.eft lift works strangely - it may suddenly stop in floor 21 and wait for you to press floor 1 again. The chairs in the property were very dusty and not cleaned. There’s convenient Aldi supermarket across the road. They provided two tables - for dishwasher and for the washing machine, but they look very identical and hard to tell which one is for. Conditioning worked fine. Two toilet paper rolls for a week - assuming you can buy more yourself. There were plenty of towels, around 8 medium-big and 4 small. Checking in wasn’t very convenient, they closed after 18:00 so you have to go 3 min by foot. Overall the stay was good, thanks.

first time … the photos are professional so it’s a little disappointing when you arrive as it is confusing .. for ex: in their promos there is a square lite up as if it is part of the Extravagant condo units / it’s not it’s a private local gym once you figure out where it is there are gates for the stairs or elevator .. try figuring out how to get in .. after pressing every button we were buzzed in and had to go down 2 sets of stairs with suitcase .. then to the left is security and to the right a simple desk with no agent … was told they are on break even though they confirmed with me in the morning that I can arrive at 2h30pm no matter we waited finally the clerk returned, check in was easy , no instructions provided the unit was beautiful, needs a refresh paint but it’s nice here is where they miss : no instructions on how to use A/C, washing machine or stove they give you 1 capsule for washing machine & 1 for dishwasher, 2 rolls of single roll for 1week , no scottowels or napkins , a mini bottle for dish soap no garbage bags & they expect you to recycle but there are no bins in condo you have yo bring everything down to garbage area in garage all extras if you want cleaning or extra towels soap in shower were empty

The place was beautiful! Right in the middle of Milano and 5 minutes walking from the train station. Very clean, very modern and the view was gorgeous. Staff is nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here on your stay in Milano!

Walkable to transportation, grocery store, and it is very spacious. A full one bedroom condo.

This was better than expected - true apartments with full kitchens and modern decor - really like large one bedroom apartments in nyc - 2 blocks from the train station so really super convenient to get to from the airport and a great launching pad for trips throughout Italy… the entrance is a bit eccentric (down a floor from street level via stairs or a tiny elevator) but overall A+

Lovely spacious modern apartment in a great location. We were about to walk to it from Central FS station, and used the metro to get to La Scala and the Duomo - our key attractions. Check in staff were polite and helpful. Fab security - felt perfectly safe in the property and surrounding area.
