The hot spring bath was wonderful. The room was very clean and quiet. Some nice features like convenient light switches were excellent. They also had a few complimentary items noodles at night, etc.

The hotel is very central and conveniently located just minutes walk from the train station. The natural hot spring on the 14th floor was such a great experience and a sauna is provided too. After your bathing experience, the hotel provides complimentary ramen, ice popsicles, coffee/tea. You can even use their massage chairs. Such an appreciated bonus. Rooms were spacious for Japan standards and very clean. Well located next to Chinatown with lots of eateries around. Nearest convenience store only 5 mins from hotel. Highly recommended.

This hotel is close to both Motomachi and Sannomiya stations. There are lots of shopping and dining options near by. At the end of the day, you can enjoy the hot spring.

I love the Dormy! We love that it has a natural Onsen bath on the roof so you get to be outside. This property has a really nice sauna and cold plunge pool as well. The view from the relaxation room has beautiful Mountain View’s, and nice massage chairs. This hotel is right around the corner from a fun bustling China town, the port park, and a covered shopping area, which as great as it was stormy during our stay. I really enjoy the late evening soup noodle dish that is available. It’s such a nice treat after a long dog exploring. This place is the best, and we always seek it out. Everything is pretty comfortable, the only drawback is the pillows are kinda hard and small. But otherwise a perfect stay with great value.

Very Fun area to stay

The location is good. There are a lot of resturants nearby the Hotel, so no need to book the breakfast included. The Hotel hot spring is really good and large enough. It is worth to stay here for both Holiday or Business trip.

Too crowded for the onsen, need queue to take a shower after soaking, and the relaxing room need to wait so long for your turn for the massage chair, but we liked the room although it’s in the low,floor, easy access from Motomachi Station, just beside Kobe Chinatown .

The rooms were spacious (for Japanese standards), the onsen was amazing, and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax after shopping or traveling loved the 14th flloor massage chairs and using the baths that are available from 3pm till 10a.m the following day , clean facilities and spatious room perfect spot to explore Kobe

Right in Chinatown and 5 min walk to Motomachi station

Great stay in Kobe. In the China town close to restaurants, bars and 10 mins from harbour. 200m from metro and 30 mins walk from main train station if feeling brave. The public baths were superb and a real highlight. Room was large and we were given everything necessary. Great wifi and we even had a free drink for every night we stayed. We loved the hotel and Kobe was fantastic with boutique shops and great restaurants of every kind but much smaller than many of the other cities. Everyone we met were so helpful and friendly We will certainly come back to fantastic Kobe again

It was my first stay at Dormy Inn, the room is nice, bigger than average, they offer a welcome drink and a little desert. The checkout was an issue, I asked if I could do a late checkout and they were charging $2,000 Yen for 1 hour so I ended up leaving early.

The only compliant i have is there was a lot of dust throughout the room. Particularly between the bed and the window. If you have dust allergies it could bother you a lot. I think their cleaning team just needs to vacuum the rooms a little more frequently. Otherwise, the room was great and a good size. It was also an amazing location.
