My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Our unit had one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchen, and a small living room area with a sleeper sofa. The unit was updated and very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there was a space saver microwave/oven mounted over a 2 burner stove top for cooking. There were 3 barstools to eat at counter. There was a tv in living room area and one in the bedroom. There was a small balcony overlooking the marsh area leading to the sound. The view was very nice. The villas are connected by a walkway to the shops at Hatteras Landing where there are a few shops and a couple places to eat. There are several dining options in the area and a small grocery store nearby. The beach is close within walking distance but we only utilized the drive on beach areas. There was a very large clean pool with plenty of chairs and some tables. We weren’t sure if it would still be open but it was and we utilized it one of the days we were there. There is a laundry area on each of the 2 levels along with an ice machine. Kees Vacations did a great job with communication about our upcoming stay, check in, what to bring for the unit and the checkout procedure. You are given a start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and a dish sponge etc. The unit has a key code to enter which was convenient since we arrived after office hours. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Clean large rooms! Had the essential cookware. Had to go to front desk to get shampoo body wash and hand soap. They were out of blankets for fold out bed Other than that it was nice would stay there again

Good location to explore Hatteras, however room is in need of repairs. Ripped carpet, rusty tub and bad odour that kept us up. Nice view and people were reaponsive for contactless check in.

The place was great! It was clean, close to everything! The only issue was that it needed a mattress pad protector that was newer and fit the mattress!!! It flipped up every night , making sleeping in the bed very uncomfortable ( which shouldn’t be the case since the mattress is great. REPLACE MATTRESS PROTECTOR!!!

My husband and I loved our stay! Anna was wonderful to unclog our tub! Villa was very clean and upgraded! I was happily surprised!!!

The property is undergoing a major renovation so it’s a little rough on the outside but out villa was perfect, exactly what we needed, the pool was beautiful, easy walking to the next door restaurant and shops, and checking in/out was super simple.

It’s a great property but needs some upgrades. Walking around barefoot in my room and my feet were so dirty! Obviously no one cleans the floors. And the dishwasher leaves the dishes wet and they get put away wet and we’re moldy. I will definitely stay here again but now I know what to expect.

Andrea ( I think that's her name) in the front office is an absolute delight...She was so sweet and very helpful during our visit AND she gave me information about another island near that I didn't even know about ( only been to the Outer Banks 3 times) but it was a pleasant surprise to know there's another island to visit

Very nice unit, well decorated and furnished.
Convenient location. Only issue was a malfunctioning dehumidifier that was causing a musty odor. Didn’t realize until last night of our stay that it was leaking and had soaked the LR carpet area. We advised the staff in the morning and they assured us it would be taken care of.

2 start property, 5 star view from the balcony. had multiple issues. There is a malodor upon entering, moldy smell mixed with strong detergent. The reclineing chair had a broken arm, the carpet by the kitchen is ripped and open. The bath tub is rusted in multiple locations around the drain, probably due to the faucet which drips. Also, the towel hanger is a plain 2X4 attached to the wall. The provided towels and washcloths are paper thin and pathetic. The only positive is the view from the balcony, which is spoiled by the cigar butt in a waste container on the porch. The property is under construction, and the pool isn’t family friendly as people are drinking from glass beer bottles and swearing profusely. Overall, a one star at best.

The Villas are located in great location on Hatteras! Directly next door to Teachs Lair Marina and Hatteras Sol Restaurant. Rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean! They are in the process of exterior renovation and based on that portion they have completed it will be super nice when complete. I will be back to Villas next time I charter a fishing trip!

We had a very nice and peaceful visit. The condo had everything we needed and was nice and spacious. We enjoyed the bar & grill The Wreck conveniently located next door along with a few shops. Thank you for a great stay 👍👍

The stay felt more like an apartment rental than an actual hotel room. They provided everything, from dishes, pots, cups to laundry detergent. Close to beach, ferry and marina.

Power went out multiple times during my stay. The furniture has chipped paint. I stepped on a pin in the carpet. Almost broke my neck stepping on a floor mat on the inside of the unit for there’s no non slip bottom to it when it’s on tile. Also no extra lock on the door. I felt very unsafe with the power going out and I couldn’t lock the door

It was by and large a nice stay. The toaster burnt out and the wash machine in the laundry room was full of water and was not operational. These things are to be expected during off season.
The suite was spacious, the bathroom was too. The kitchen was well appointed.

Very convenient to the ferry and restaurants. The very first thought we had when we opened the door to our unit was that it had an unusual smell. It was hard to place but we’re pretty sure it was coming from the carpeting. The unit just has a general feel and appearance of being well used.

If you are relying on the ferry to get you there, be aware that the checkk-in cutoff is 8:00 PM, we missed this and had to find another place to stay. I most probably will not consider any more places like this and stick to traditional hotels going forward.

Reasonably outfitted for a rental condo. But we arrived on a Sunday evening about 6:00, and couldn't find normal broadcast channels to watch NFL games on either of the 2 TVs. The guest directory was no help, and there was no one to answer the 800 number. When I asked for help on Monday morning, the woman at the desk was no help either. Aside from Sunday night, we weren't there to watch TV, so we didn't pursue it. The dehumidifier was LOUD - we turned it off whenever we were in the room where it was located. And the AC in the bedroom ran non-stop, even though it was only 80 outside and set for 72. Will probably look for a different place if we're back, but location was good and parking was easy.

The rooms were very spacious and the sofa and chairs were very comfortable. Great location, less than 10 minutes away from Frisco Beach, this was very convenient.
