i like everything about this hotel. lovely staff and excellent location, close to Skanderberg Square, got a Spar nearby for small shoppings, many restaurants and cafes around. room is spacious and clean, slippers and basic toiletries provided, 24 hour reception. it is a perfect choice for me. thank you.

I booked this hotel last minute and had a great experience. It was modern, comfortable and convenient to downtown Tirana. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Please don’t stay here! At 6 am, I asked reception to clean the room since my boyfriend vomited due to food poisoning all night. They told me that the cleaner would only come in at 9 am and I asked if they could still clean it while I went to call a doctor and to the pharmacy. When I returned at 7:30, nobody had cleaned the room and they insisted that the cleaner wouldn’t come in until 9. It was only after I pushed that they mopped. 6 hours later, I had to go back downstairs to remind them that our room wasn’t cleaned yet and they said because my boyfriend was sick in the room, they couldn’t come in. If I didn’t ask again, it would never get cleaned. There’s no phone or elevator so you have to walk down 3 flights of stairs to reception. It’s located in a very sketchy area and this was not displayed online. On Expedia it says that there is a restaurant but it hasn’t been working for months. It was one of the reasons we booked this hotel yet we had to go out for food and consume it out of the room because we couldn’t eat in the hotel. They provide water for its guests and when I walked down to get bottles, the guy asked me to drink two and then come back down for more every time. I couldn’t take as much as I wanted to my room even though my boyfriend was sick and dehydrated for days. Don’t even think about opening your windows as you will see from my pictures. We spent 6 days and had to ask for new sheets. They never changed the cups or utensils in the room either. Be warned!

Fabulous hotel, in a great position. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful, nothing to much trouble. Very clean and tidy. Recommend this hotel if staying in Tirana

What a lovely hotel find! Tucked away just off the street so it’s nice and quiet. 5 minutes walk to the main square. The staff were lovely and so friendly and helpful, with lots of advice! Only thing I’d say is the bottles of water. Great to give guests unlimited water, but maybe a water cooler so not so many plastic bottles… not a criticism, just a suggestion!

Good and clean hotel with kind employees! Perfect place if you’re going to travel in the city, and need a comfortable place to relax for a cheap price.

Great location, staff pleasent and welcoming. We turned up at 2am shattered after a long overnight bus journey and the receptionist was lovely and quick at checking us in.

Pros: Very nice apartment in Tirana, a short walk from the main square. Cons: Service was a little unfriendly unfortunately for the price, plus no English language TV or streaming services/Netflix available, there was a note in the room saying no food allowed (even though there was an empty fridge in there?) and also no coffee and tea facilities in the rooms, this was chargeable from a machine in the foyer. Could do those "small big things" better and make people feel comfortable and welcome after long journeys.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff

The hotel was beautiful, in a great location. The facilities we top drawer and the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. We would definitely stay there again. For the price it was amazing value.

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were very modern and well kept, only a few minutes walk from the main square.

It was quite noisy as it is off of the main road but there seems to be a lot of apartments close by so there was talking til around 11pm at night both nights we stayed and pretty early in the mornings. Could also hear the people above me wearing shoes in their room. Bed was very comfortable and room was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to lots of main sites.

Our flight was delayed 7 hours so we had to arrive at 5 in the morning and the receptionist was really welcoming, efficient and friendly. We had a short but pleasant stay, the mattress was really comfortable and the rooms were really quiet. Definitely recommend

Great place to stay when visiting Tirana. The location is excellent, walking distance from Skanderbeg Square (the heart of the city) but also in a quiet area and not on a major road. The staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Klodi who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasurable stay. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of storage space, a TV, room safe, decent shower and bathroom, good lighting. There was a strong, reliable Wi-Fi signal and well functioning air conditioning, which was important as the outside temperature was 35 degrees during our stay. The only issues that prevented me from giving a 5 star review was that the room, nice and clean on check-in, was not cleaned fastidiously during our stay, and the bed linen was not changed in the 5 nights we were at the hotel. In fairness, if we had requested a change of sheets this probably would have happened, but it is not something we should need to ask for. There also seemed to be a bizarre issue with the laundering of towels. They were removed from the room in the morning (even when we had only used them once) and not available until the evening, and we normally had to ask for towels at that time. So a shower during the day was not possible. Overall, however, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Allure Boutique Hotel and we are grateful for a comfortable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights at Allure Hotel Tirana We took a taxi from the airport which took less than 30 minutes and cost approx €23. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore Tirana, with plenty of restaurants around for breakfast and dinner . The room was very clean and modern, with a lovely hot shower. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended hotel!

Super nice staff! The AC didn't work that well and it was noisy.
