Best night sleep, the bedding in this place is more luxurious than many 4* hotels I slept in! Richard was very friendly and reassuring.

My 2 night stay was great. Immaculately clean, free parking literally across the road and Mark was an excellent host. Right on the sea front with shops just around the corner. I’m usually in the area each month for work and this will be my first choice accommodation. Thanks again Mark 👍

we had a terrific weekend at this top notch property. Owners Mark and Richard are excellent hosts and have created this beautiful homely place. Everything was impeccable and super clean. we can't wait to return.

We cannot rate the Beach House highly enough. From the welcome, the decor, our room and facilities for our (unfortunately) only one night stay - could easily have stayed here longer. It is beautifully decorated with high quality linens and to top it all delicious continental breakfast. We would also like to add we took our dog who was warmly welcomed and treated with her own pot of treats. Well done Mark and Rich!! Fabulous!

Lovely accommodation and very friendly staff

It was our 2nd stay here with Mark & Richard. very welcoming, good decor. nice room overlooking the prom about 150 yards away. Excellent gluten free/non GF breakfasts with good quality produce and excellent fresh coffee. Plenty of off-road parking opposite, which was included in our rate. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Beautiful little property right on the seafront. I booked room 5, a single room. It’s compact but perfectly decorated, quiet and comfortable. I was given a lovely warm welcome by Rich and served a well stocked continental breakfast to my room the following morning. I sat in the lounge area in the evening enjoying a drink on the comfy sofas. I recommend a walk along the seafront in the morning and a trip to the Arudel lido a few miles away for a cold water swim if the sea is too rough! Parking is in the public car park opposite but available included in the guest house price. I would absolutely stay here again. A lovely little gem with a warm welcome. Thank you for having me!

Exceptional hosts, a beautifully decorated room and awesome breakfast. There is a lovely positive energy to this B&B that is clearly run by people who love what they do and are great at it. Couldn’t recommend this place more. And it’s across the road from the beach!

Amazing amazing amazing. Emergency visit to the south coast to visit my father unwell in hospital. Loved the decor, the cleanliness, the view, the hosts and the breakfast was beautiful and so cute. Had to stay another night elsewhere as they were fully booked which was the exact opposite of everything we got staying here. Would definitely recommend x

I stayed for one night only in a small single room, and it was perfect!. Every attention to detail given, really cosy and comfy and decorated to a high standard. I even had a sea view. There was a lovely hand-written note on my bed on arrival welcoming me which was lovely. they even provided me with no effort gluten free breakfast. Many thanks indeed.

The attention to detail was lovely, form the personal note left in the room on arrival to the warming of crockery and napkins at breakfast. Also the hosts were really friendly. The quality of the décor in the room didn't go unnoticed either. Definitely would stay again and recommend

This place is outstanding, the hosts are welcoming and the service was amazing. This guest house is a luxury hotel and if it’s now what a guest house is typical of in the UK you win me back as I can’t fault it at all. The dinning room was lovely for breakfast and everything was just so comfortable and luxurious

Having grown up around the corner from the property I know the area very well so finding parking wasn't an issue. Very friendly and chatty people. Will definitely stay there next summer. Excellent location. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay in the well appointed and spotless East Beach. Rich was warm and welcoming and shared useful tips on where to eat. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. No complaints.
