I really liked this Hotel. Everything was clean and beautiful. The location is convenient to old town and shopping centers. Very quiet street. I would definitely recommend it to other people. The girl that checked me in Kat was very friendly and attentive. There were 2 things that I didn’t expect: You have to pay to check in early. Not a big deal but gave me a little bit of nickel and dime feeling. They also left 2 free Vichi bottles of water that was very nice but I couldn’t find any bottle opener to open them.

The interior was very modern and the room was very clean. The chocolate happy hour is a very good idea and I really enjoyed the chocolate buffet. The breakfast buffet left no wishes open. The Spa area was also nice but there were no loungers to relax after the sauna.

Everything was great, but turn Down the parfume smell in the lobby. It is not pleasent at all. Way to much. Otherwise fantastic hotel.

Lovely rooms, good breakfast, wonderful spa, and friendly staff. We really enjoyed staying here. It was a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and even shorter to a supermarket. The only thing we didn't like was the strong scent in the lobby. No scent, or something more subtle, would be better.

Excellent breakfasts and pool/spa area

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful hotel. The superior room was perfect, the beds were firm and comfy, everything was luxurious. The highlights of our visit were the hotel spa and the super friendly receptionist.

Great modern hotel with lots of amenities

It was a very pleasent stay. The room was tidy and nice, the breakfast was tasteful and environment cozy and very stylish. I enjoyed every moment. The spa was intim and we enjoyed it, only minus was that it was not allowed to bring drinks to the spa. It is also understandable why it is that way. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary unforgettable <3

Amazing hotel, great spa, great service, great central location, walkable. One of the best breakfasts in Tallinn. They also treat guests to some deserts just after lunch which is amazing add on to your overall experience. Loved it & highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay, very comfortable and quiet room, classy and tasteful. Pleasant spa, just enough pools and sauna options, although it did also get very busy at popular hours. We also very much appreciated the adults only hours in the morning and evening. Good location a little to one side of town but right next to a big shopping centre with a cinema and great shops and within a very comfortable walking distance from old town.

Had high expectations having previously stayed at a Mövenpick in Bangkok. It lived up to my expectations. Smooth check in, massive room, really modern, bathrobes and slippers included. The spa was clean and nice to have to relax after a day out exploring Tallinn. Breakfast was high quality with a large selection of food. The chocolate hour was a really nice touch that makes this hotel standout. Two negatives: 1) the pillows on the bed are too soft for my liking. There’s not enough stuffing in them. 2) I ordered a fried egg and an omelette at breakfast. The fried egg was still a bit raw and the omelette was also a bit raw. The ham, cheese and onion inside hasn’t been cooked at all.

Super clean and beautiful hotel. Loved the gold details in the room. Spa was so nice that we stayed there for 2 hours. It was really peaceful and the floors were cleaned many times during our spa visit so it stayed nice and clean all the time!

Very slow check in (20min) with only 3 couples before us. All other things great. Location is good. If you like quiet rooms this is your place. You don’t hear the street , other guests and no sound from corridor. Great breakfast and spa that is included in price. We will come back. 👍

Stylish and clean.

The hotel has potential, but it’s biggest problem is the terrible customer experience of the reception, when checking in. We have given this place now 4-5 changes to change that impression, but now improvement. When you arrive to the hotel there is reception with two desks for two receptionists and long queue customers waiting to be served. There is usually one receptionists working with obviously very old system that has no customer recognition or intelligence. All data is manually added and each time from the scratch. There is usually also another receptionists sitting by the counter doing totally something else than helping with the customer queue. Few weeks ago on Friday evening this unfriendly person was counting coins while check-in queu of over 10 couples took over 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Overall the customer experience is unknown here, and you cannot get a friendly smile anywhere. Hotel rooms are ok, but the bed is quite hard. The spa is small, but ok Breakfast has been good and the lobby bar is actually the most friendliest place of the whole hotel. Parking is 30 euro / night if you are lucky to get a spot and then get the reception to bother to open the gate for you. Location of the hotel is bit far from everything, but it’s quiet.
