From the time we arrived the staff were very friendly & our room was ready & on 10th floor as asked for on a corner room and it was excellent size, clean, modern.

Staff were fantastic on check in and check out. Location is great with all the restaurants and tram close by. Room was very small and wasn't very comfortable. You could here everything happening in the bathroom, not much privacy. Some of the shelves haven't been dusted since it has opened. I don't understand why you would design a pool area that can't be used for 5-6 months of the year. It was supposed to be heated and it has no cover from the elements.

This is my favourite hotel in Adelaide, not to big, not to small, rooms are well designed and beds are comfortable. The hotel is well situated if you want to get a bite to eat, however the restaurant downstairs offers great meals. This is a wonderfull if not slightly quirky hotel

The property is quite new and in lovely condition, very clean. The staff are very polite, the rooms are decorated in a modern funky style with lovely ambient lighting. The problem is though, you can't see to do hair or makeup in any mirror in the bathroom or even in the bedroom area. They could do with installing an extra set of lights advice the sink ito compliment all the hidden ambient lights.
It did take 45 mins to have our car retrieved on the day we left, which put us behind schedule.

This is a wonderful, small, upscale hotel in a great location, close to the Central Markets. It has a trendy vibe, but as older people, we enjoyed it too! Incredibly helpful, superb customer service!

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but when we were there the staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. Room was clean and exactly what we booked.Hotel is close to the city, easy to walk to.
Parking was a nightmare, we did 3 laps of the block until we could get close to the hotel due to a bus being in the way, we opted for valet parking knowing we wouldn’t get anywhere close by and in the morning it arrived quickly in time for our departure.

Decor was of the highest quality and quite unique, celebrating Adelaide Food and Festivals. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We felt comfortable and relaxed.

I was a bit disappointed this time with this hotel. I did not have breakfast included (my oversight) but was offered $30 per day if I pre-paid and had breakfast in the hotel every day or $39 if I wanted to choose to have breakfast. $39 is outrageously expensive by any standards and I am not going to eat every day in the hotel. That is highly unlikely. I was also offered Valet Parking at $45 per day or self valet at $30 per day but no flexibility - one exit per day whereas another good quality hotel where valet is less are way more flexible. This is a really good hotel with excellent eco friendly rooms but little things let them down this trip and I would probably think twice about staying here again especially if I had my car. No hotels.com upgrade or welcome gift offered which is common place these days.

Staff were great and property in a good location. Room was good and breakfast brilliant. I didn’t like the pillows, the lounge would have to rate as the worst in over 40 years of travelling (although it looked good), and only free to air TV available. We stayed at a caravan park recently and got foxtel.

We had an incident with staff which let it down. On Sunday night we ran low on nappies and ordered Uber deliveries just before store closed. The staff refused to accept Uber deliveries telling us it posed “security risk.” Never had such treatment at other hotels before!
