There was far too much noise, full of smack heads and god knows what, how ever short drive up the road to harrow ti the black horse was beautiful and Wembley itself was good too

This place had fake pictures up! This place is absolutely disgusting. I walked right out right when I seen it. I requested a refund but unfortunately hotels.com and this hotel are crooks. They will take your money even if you don’t stay. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS DISGUSTING.

The place is a complete dump, the room was dirty with wires hanging out of the ceiling/graffiti on the walls The bathroom was disgusting with skid marks on the toilet and urine on the floor The whole place smelt of stale curry We lasted 20 minutes and had to check out and find something else The area is very intimidating for none locals And for the record there is no parking anywhere nearby Avoid Avoid Avoid.

We got multiple rooms and each room had a different layout. The rooms were in terrible condition and they were really hot so much so that we couldn’t even sleep at night. There was a lot of outside noise including pegion noise all night long

Friendly staff Room was nice

I arrived, looked at a room before committing and left. It was at best a low rent motel and at worst a potential scene of something sordid happening. We did not feel safe in the area, the room was outdated with curtains hanging from the ceiling and rose wallpaper. Nothing appeared clean Though it could have been to be fair. It looked nothing like the photos advertised and was not at all convenient to Heathrow. I’m out $135 for false advertising But there was no chance I could stay here or let my kids stay here. Even the cab driver was ready to get us out of the area.

It’s was good ,just needs some attention on cleaning

The hotel is so dirty. The corridor down to my room stank of urine. The TV did not work, the room was freezing cold, dirty room old battered furniture, dirty worn carpets. Overall scruffy and an appaulling place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was a hallowing experience to stay at the property. There was hardly any space in the room I stayed. The loft of the roof hit my head multiple times when I tried to wake up from sleep. The heater wasn’t working and the no plugs were available for charging. It’s extremely inconvenient for anyone travelling with bags. The rooms are in second floor with a swirling path and no elevators. The hygiene of the bathroom was pathetic as well. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Staff were helpful welcoming and supportive. They have a facility to warm up food and use of kitchen. Value for money and it is in good location.

This room had black mould on the ceiling and the bed smelt of cigarettes. When I asked to change room I was offered air freshener and told there was nothing more they could do. Not impressed

I am always stey in this hotel when i am travel to southall. This time i am not happy with service. No complaints about staff, they are very polite, help full. But room condition is not good, very dark, no natural light, damp smell .in room and bathroom, noisy road, broken and noise bed,uncomfortable mattress, cooking smell in room. My bro and his wife stay with me this time. They visited uk came from India for socialising. They didn't slept well all three night. Get sick with damp smell. And road noise. Ladies start fight mid of night.

Overall a nice but dated accommodation. Fine for 1 night but a bit small for extended trips.
