Very nice hotel. It appears to be new and is in great condition. It is very convenient to I-565, the airport, and Toyota Field.

Rooms we booked weren’t rooms we intially got and when swapped we still had a room we didn’t book (wrong beds). Then one of the four rooms booked was marked “out of order” but since they were “full” we stayed in a room that could only be unlocked from the front desk staff, the room was trashed and had broken items.

Nice property. Cleaning staff has to pay more attention to details with cleaning.

Super clean and quiet with great staff

Easy to make reservation with Expedia. Good price. Overall pretty clean. Staff courteous. Would recommend this location. Only other comment to add is that I checked out a day early, but did not get a refund. I did ask the desk attendant who informed me I would get it from Expedia.

Hotel was fresh and updated. A few little cleanliness issues like hair in the bed and bathroom floor but otherwise clean. They did have a sign that there was a housekeeping shortage. The road noise was very loud in our room and so was the air conditioner. Every time the AC would come on it woke us up. The beds and bedding were average, not terrible but not the best. No carpet in the rooms seems more hygienic but it was noisy with little ones running around and we could hear others walking above us.

I loved this location and the easy access to lots of things around Huntsville. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. However, a couple of incidents left me wondering how secure the hotel is. First, there was a lot of maintenance going on in the building. I assume this is why a bucket with an entry key card was left by an exterior door (to allow maintenance to come in and out). While I understand this was probably convenient for the maintenance team, it was definitely not safe. Additionally, my son and I came back to the hotel around lunchtime to discover the door to our room was open. There was no evidence of a visit from housekeeping. We decided to assume it was a fluke. We came in and took a nap (we'd had a very early start to the day). When we woke up, we found the door ajar once again. I checked to make sure the door was fastening properly, and it was. I made a visit to the front desk, who agreed that it was bizarre and said they'd switch our room if it happened again. My personal best guess as to what was happening (because several other doors were open on our hallway) is that the housekeeping staff was opening the doors and leaving them ajar so they could pop in and out as needed. Again, I understand this might be convenient for them, but it isn't safe or secure for the guests.

The tvs have google cast so it’s really easy to watch and stream your favorite movies or shows from your phone.

This property is an IHG named property, with a fresh new vibe to the brand, exceptionally clean exterior that was well groomed by the same man I saw all 4 days we were at the hotel. The first room I checked into had a shower curtain that had fallen down and I was immediately given a new room and a complementary bottle of water for the inconvenience. I went to the new room, and it was a very very small room, with a bed, and office chair. The area to hang your clothes is not a closet by any means, it is hooks, and that’s all. There is no carpet which means the rooms above you are exceptionally loud. Overall, clean hotel, staff was friendly and it was super close to where I needed to be, and the airport. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers as hanging your suits on odd hooks is not the best, however if you are looking for a good rate for a clean spot this is a good choice. There are other options VERY close that offer more spacious rooms.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating. My room was clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My husband was in Madison Hospital. I needed somewhere to sleep that was affordable, safe and comfortable. This hotel was all three. The room was not large, but adequate for my needs and clean. There is not a dresser to store clothes, but there is a small closet and two padded benches to put your belongings on. The breakfast was good, a step above a continental breakfast with egg and sausage biscuits, pre-made wrapped omelets and the usual oatmeal, bagels, etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is new and very clean. The staff was friendly. It's in a quiet area.

The room was absolutely filthy. Mold and hair in the shower, and build up all in edges along with filthy floor of shower. Toothpaste splattered all over bathroom wall. Paint chipping off toilet. Baseboards filthy. Hair in the sheets of the bed. 2 super thin blankets on the beds. The overall cleanliness of the entire hotel is terrible and very unkept. Dirty walls throughout hallways, filthy elevator, and trash pilled up outside by door and trash throughout hallways by rooms such as pizza boxes and bags of trash. Staff was mediocre and the breakfast was pathetic. No fresh hot food, just sugar filled packaged oatmeal, stale bagels, watery juice and yogurt. Wanted to leave an honest review since all reviews I saw prior to stay were good. I personally would never stay here again. They need to get employees that take pride and care for the property better.

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. This is my second time here. Check in seemed more of a hassle with a reservation than without one.
