The room was very modern, clean and quiet. Wifi was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is 10 minute walk from Cathedral and Main Train Station. Nice restaurants nearby.
I highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Cologne.

I'm thrilled I chose this hotel. It's a 5 minute walk from the main train station, meaning it was easy to get anywhere in Cologne. The communal area is quality with lots of comfy seating, wifi and charging plugs. It was busy with lots of younger people, friendly atmosphere. No complaints of the room at all, as you'd expect from a decent city hotel.

This hotel was in a great location close to the train station and one of the Christmas Markets, which was the purpose of our trip. It's also just a few doors down from a supermarket. Hotel was clean, breakfast (not included) was great, and lobby was spacious (hubby hung out here while waiting for me to wake up). Also had plenty of outdoor space, especially for a city hotel. Make sure to take in the view from the roof top deck! A few "negatives" had to do with the actual room. Our room was a little on the small size, even though we paid for an Extra Space room. Didn't like that there were only outlets and a nightstand on one side of the bed. I had to plug my electronics in on the desk which was across the room. Also, not a lot of places to put your stuff. There is a weird "closet" space with some shelves but not enough for 2 of us. I ended up clearing the desk off and putting my things there. Bathroom was fine although a little on the small side. The way the shower is the floor does get a little wet but we've stayed in hotels where that is much worse. Overall we were happy with the value and would stay again.

Great location, only a quick 5 min walk to Koln HBF station. Plenty of food opitions on the street. The hotel itself offers everything from a snack bar to free sparkling water which was a bonus. Only downside was the lack of soundprofing in the walls. People can be very inconsiderate and make noise at late times of the evening.

Great hotel, but not a very nice area to walk back home alone at night as a woman. But as for the hotel, there are only good things to say about it!

Modern urban vibe. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is the option for an all you can eat buffet breakfast and a small bar is nice for a nightcap. Despite a city train station directly adjacent to the property the room was very quiet. Walkable to the Cologne Cathedral, the main train station, Old Town and a Rhein river walking path. A special thanks to the exceptional staff.

Everything was awesome! Even runway lights when you get up in the middle of the night and walk to washroom. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Property was clean and close to main tourist attraction. However the street the hotel is on at night attracts a lot of people dealing and using drugs that being said I never encountered any issues.

This hotel has such a chic vibe! It is on a brick paved street that feels like a college town. The rooms are small but fresh and tastefully decorated. The bath has a large subway type tiled shower and floor, very modern. Breakfast was an amazing display and variety of items. Staff was very acommodating. I recommend this cool hotel!

We arrived hotel 23.30 and check in was available until midnight. We were in contact via email asking about parking. But when we arrived they told us “ they have already given the room someone else. They made a reservation for us another hotel which is 1h to koln center. It destroyed all our vacation plan because we had to leave our car in auto garage. In the new hotel they asked us to pay again but i have paid already in hotels.com at the end second day they confirmed we paid. ( w ehad receipt everything since beginning)

Loved how close this hotel is to central station. Loved the gym and the terrace. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows on my bed. They felt super cheap and I had a tough time sleeping on them.

The room was minimalistic. Not really a place to put luggage to open it except on the bed. The shower did not drain well. Had to turn it off and on to prevent flooding in the bathroom. It was a place to sleep.

We took the Eurostar from Paris this hotel is so close to the station it was easy to transfer. The hotel is very comfortable and has everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it is located close to where the homeless / drug users han around the station and don’t like walking back from the old town one night with my son.

Very convenient location to the train station and many major sites. Grocery, restaurants, and laundry all within a short walk. Quiet, clean room - small, but well-appointed. Rooftop patio was fantastic: make sure to make use of this space!

Super convenient to the train station which also means it’s not the most stunningly gorgeous of neighborhoods. But the cow/alpine theme is super kitschy and I enjoyed it. Room was small but perfectly laid out with a great use of space and a lidl nearby for cheap snacks. Would definitely stay again.

I will never return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it. Out of 4 staff members I interacted with, only one was respectful and understanding. The employee working on July 14, 2024 at around 17:48 was the rudest of them all. She was unhelpful and indifferent to my concern. Also calling the hotel was very difficult, they never would pick up the phone. I would encourage this hotel to update their policies and to communicate effectively. There was so much confusion and misinformation.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Great hotel if you are planning on sightseeing. Very close to the cathedral and major landmarks. Kiosk and bars right in front of the property but we had not had any problem with noise.
Common areas are large and very comfortable and clean.
We stayed in the Basic Urban Room and the view wasn't the greatest as we were right beside the train tracks BUT couldn't hear a thing, just not the nicest thing to look at. Bathroom was spacious. The TV had cable and Netflix so many options for anyone.
Overall very pleased with the hotel and it doesn't break the bank 👍

I had a lovely check in; efficient and friendly even though I was early. My stay was quite pleasant. The room was quiet and well appointed. My checkout was entirely different than the aforementioned. I was told I needed to pay a city tax; other properties I stayed at collect the tax in advance. I presented cash and was told the hotel only accepted card payment. I questioned this but was told in a curt tone cash is not accepted. I was told I could pay the tax later online. This last experience at your hotel left a bad taste in my experience. Oh well there it is!

Brilliant hotel, very close to the cathedral and within walking distance of the main tourist spots, the hotel was a welcome break from all the sightseeing, very welcoming, ultra clean, friendly and helpful staff and everything you could wish for on a city break, we’ve had a few city breaks recently and this was by far the best hotel, we’ll definitely be back

I loved the style of this hotel! It was clean, roomy, and comfortable with great views. Service was excellent as well! I would definitely stay here again. The location was also great! A quick walk to the cathedral, train station, and tons of shops and cafés!
