Very nice and clean hotel, comfy beds and beautiful view of the mountains across the street. Perfect for our conference at the Cove.

It was convenient to going to a conference at the Billy Graham training center the Cove.

This is probably the worst Tru I’ve stayed at. The room had a weird smell, towels were very thin and small, pillows basically had no cushion left to them and the Wi-Fi was extremely spotty. We only stayed one night which is about all I would recommend here.

On a road trip we found out that Tru By Hilton delivered exactly what we needed. So in every town we ended up we looked for a Tru By Hilton. They have the following features which we liked: Stand up shower, no tub Touch free pancake machine for breakfast They were all clean Free parking Good beds A very hygienic way of disposing soap and so on in the bathroom Good service

Hotel is very clean. Cozy accommodations from the moment you arrive onsite. Outdoor fire pit, tons of comfortable sitting space in lobby, super friendly staff.

Room features, clean, no carpet , easy luggage storage and hanging options. Updated bathroom easy entry to shower, not a tub to step over, great window view with easy to manage shades.

The location was close to the Biltmore, which was our reason for being in the area. The room was clean and everything was in good condition, however, the walls and floors/ceilings are not soundproof at all! We could hear the people next to us just having a normal conversation. We also heard every footstep from the room above us. Fortunately, they slept when we did, so it worked out okay.

This is a unique, modern hotel. I was impressed by the size of the room and the exceptional cleanliness. And the price was great!

The hotel was nice and clean. Service was great and breakfast was good. The only problem was you can hear everything what was going on in other rooms, very thin walls.

Tru is consistent, no issues.

I think u could use one more chair in the room

Hotel and room was exceptionally clean, however if you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not the hotel for you. We could hear every little thing in the rooms beside us. The walls are paper thin. Not a huge deal, but something to note.

Will stay here again!

It was very nice. It’s new so no funky smell at least. Bed and pillows nice. Great view of mountains from window. Room was small but everything you needed, great use of space. I liked the pegs to hang stuff on. The AC was very loud. I just shut it off, it was annoying. The frig made a noise. Just enough to irritate you and try to figure out where it’s coming from. The walls are paper thin. Loved the hand soap and body soap. Lemon sugar, very nice! The main thing I didn’t like was a yappy dog barking before bed and another big dog at 5:50AM with a big bark. I think if you’re going to allow dogs and cats, they need to be kept in certain rooms only and at the end of hall first floor where they don’t have to go down the hall and into elevator. I didn’t realize dogs and cats were allowed or I wouldn’t have stayed here. I’m allergic to pet hair and even though it looked very clean, you can’t get rid of all the smell of an animal. Location was great! Close to Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway!

Clean, average on bed comfort. A bit noisy. Staying on the side opposite the street would be quieter.

A wonderful, clean and stylish hotel. Loved the hanging nest chairs in the lobby and the firepit outside. Oh and a pool table! What a nice surprise!

Very easy to check in

This relatively new hotel is definitely for a younger crowd. The lobby has games, a pool table, and a bar. I liked that they are "green" - recycling, refillable shampoo, etc. Overall, fantastic place to stay.
