When we arrived the concierge couldn't find my booking and it turned out I'd booked a month ahead by mistake! He was very calm and kind about it and refunded me the money even though he didn't have to. So then it was a bit more expensive last minute but still good value.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with lovely yellow curtains that keep it dark enough for me to sleep.
The bathroom was clean, good shower.
A bit out of town but handy for train & bus.
The bed was comfortable with a good soft headboard.
Good WiFi, working TV though everything was in German there was only English speaking news - I never watch the news! I did enjoy watching Dirty Dancing in German!
The lift/elevator worked.
They have vending machines with snacks.
We didn't try their breakfast.
There are great kebabs round the corner!

It's a great place to stay. Our room was clean and kinda cute. The only thing I don't like is the parking. They don't have a good/ enough parking space.

The overall facilities of this hotel are acceptable, but the lack of furniture in the room is a significant issue. The room's furniture includes a hanger, a bed, a small wall-mounted nightstand, a TV, and a stool under the TV. Surprisingly, there is no table or chair, so I had to place all my belongings on the small nightstand and the stool. Additionally, there were no toothbrush cups, only two drinking glasses. Since I was alone, I could use one of the glasses as a toothbrush cup, but my parents had to use their own thermos cups for drinking and use the hotel's glasses for brushing their teeth.
Without a table, I had to place my laptop on the bed, either lying on the bed or sitting with the laptop on my lap. Although the cleanliness was not an issue, the bed linens appeared old and had some pilling. The room felt very empty, and adding some basic furniture and amenities would significantly improve the experience. However, due to the lack of these basic necessities, the overall experience was not satisfactory.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Restaurants within walking distance. The Eastside Terrace restaurant and bar next door is very nice. The food and staff are excellent. Kaiser Pizza (also next door) has the best pizza in the world! Ask for Antonio.

It was an amazing experience and the staff warmly welcomed us and showed their kind hospitality. The breakfast had a variety of healthy choices and was fulfilling. Public transport was easily accessible (bus, train) and it was only 10-15 ride to the city center. Definitely recommend this hotel whether you travel by yourself or with your friends/family.

Very reasonable price and clean. I like the mattress since it is not too soft. The place is easy to reach by public transport. Also staffs are very helpful.

I could have rated 5star but i think they don't deserve that from me for the fact that a hotel of it kind should at least have a kettle and tea cups in rooms for guest. I haven't been to a hotel with no kettle and mini ingredients for tea in the room before so i didn't like that. Apart from that, everything were nice.

The room was really nice, unfortunately both of my early mornings were ruined with people on the ground floor outside the property making noise at 5am. The windows were closed - it wasnt ideal, but the staff were very nice and breakfast very nice too. Thank you

My stay at Campanile Frankfurt was very good, for the Frankfurt Messe Ambience. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making for a seamless experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. Its convenient location made exploring Frankfurt a breeze.

New refurbished hotel with good location.
5 mins from bus stop, 12 mins walk for subway, 18 mins for tram station. 5 mins from mcdonalds that serve for 24/7. Got cosy space to work at lobby

Nothing much going nearby, spacious walking shower.Trip to central Frankfurt will cost 3.50 Euros each way off peak time.

The room wasn’t clean : there was a stain in the shower and hair and stain on the bed.
When we arrived, we were told that the keys to our room didn’t work and that the problem would be solved in one day. It wasn’t so we had to call an employee each time we wanted to go in the room.
The receptionist was a bit cold.

The property is a newer building and the rooms are very clean. My room was small but for me it was fine since I was looking for a clean place to sleep and take shower. I definitely would go there again if I wanted to stay in Offenbach.

Fairly basic, but spacious rooms. Bathroom is good. Breakfast options are limited in the hotel. It's a cheap alternative for business trips when compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Would stay here again for business no problems, but only if the other hotels around are too expensive at the time.

This property is bare nones. Dont expect anything but a clean room. No restaurant. You must purchase water or soda. No safe in the room, no complimentary bottle of water, no fridge and no ice machine.

It was a great value for money. The room was spacious and clean. Good room service. Such a shame that there was no minibar.
The staff was helpful and nice. And there were great transportation around the place.
There was not a lot of options regarding dining around the area, but McDonald's was around the corner and was the only place open until late at night, so...
