Customer Service was amazing! However the room (non-smoking) wasn't the greatest. It had a strong body odor/cigarette smell to the room, blankets, pillows, and towels. One of the towel was stained. Bed sheets had minor stains and smelled dirty. It was uncomfortable sleeping not knowing if it was clean or not. Walls were dirty and the bathroom did not appear clean.
I was on a business trip so I didn't have time to let staff know about this. I'm sure they would've addressed it right away if I mentioned it.
The next day I was given new towels which was nice because the towels I had before smelled bad.

Comfortable room. There was no hot water because of a malfunctioning hot water heater when we checked in the first evening which did not get fixed until after 9:00 am the next morning so had to have 2 cold showers. Otherwise it was a good stay.

It was a good experience. Lobby was very nice and relaxing. They have a bar but it’s not open. Rooms were basic. Our room bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable. Vending on every floor. There is a fridge and microwave but no coffee pot in the room. Only one elevator which was strange. Overall it worked well for the night we stayed especially since it was a last minute booking.

No hot water either night we stayed. Shower and toilet were kinda gross as well. Would not recommend staying in this hotel and will definitely look elsewhere the next time we are in town.

The hotel is nice and new. Very comfortable bed, nice waterfall shower.
However, the floors in our room very very dirty and had obviously not had the carpet vacuumed from the last guess

Great lobby, spacious clean room but the bed was like a marshmallow! Too soft for me. Didn’t get any sleep. Also; what's with NO COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM? I thought that was a pretty standard hotel ammenity. Plenty of room for one; don't understand whybl they do not provide this simple convenience.

the walls were dirty , there was a necklace on floor from previous guest, the towels were very low quality and taken from room on second day of stay by maid and not replaced

Wonderful friendly people at this hotel. Makes it enjoyable. Wish the room was more silent, ie. slamming doors from other tenants. Breakfast is ok but the non “real”eggs aren’t the best, but I understand and appreciate their willingness to offer the meal.

Our room with two king beds was large, clean and comfortable. The only negative about our stay was that I had to chase down my receipt as it was never sent. That and whomever chose red, white and blue for the hallways has horrible sense of style.

Stains all over the bed sheet. Loud employees in halls. Hairs in the shower. Housekeeping woke me up in the morning by knocking on the door when they shouldn’t have been coming to the room anyway to clean, as they advertise every three days if needed.

The room was too dark for me. It could have used another light on the other side of the bed. Rather than two bottles of shampoo in the shower, I would have preferred soap. There was only 1 small bar of soap provided.

First time and last time staying at a Baymont Inn. Staff was friendly enough, but place was dirty. Walls need a paint job! They are gross! Breakfast was barely a breakfast. Had two towels in bathroom, no bathmat one tower had a big snag and hole in it. Went down to the desk to get more towels. They didn’t have any clean… I went and got 2 pool towels. Looks like a decent hotel from the outside and lobby… then it goes way down hill. Rooms are updated. Just not taken care of… makes me wonder how clean my room really was!

The room was overall stocked and clean with the exception of the walls, which were covered in multiple dark scuffs. Bed was comfortable but VERY noisy having a metal frame. Service was great. Pool area was well maintained. Great location just off the freeway if you want to be somewhat close to downtown but want to avoid downtown traffic/noise. Would stay again.

Everything with the room was great expect for around 330 am the room next door was booming music and talking super loud we did contact the front desk and they said they were gonna call that room number so about 15 mins later we had to call again and finally at 6am all was quite they did ask us if we wanted to change rooms and we said no not at 5am. We did tell the front desk clerk in the morning of what happened and she gave us the mangers email so we did email her last night! We never had an issue here before and we want to continue staying here as we do like this place and it’s convenient for us when we do stay here.

Room was great. Breakfast was really good. Lobby was nice and open and clean. Workout room was completely down so that’s the only downside. I usually walk 4 miles a day at home and couldn’t do that. But outside of that everything was really good. Staff was nice too.

This is in a terrible part of town. People smoking weed as you walk in. Had a person stalking my wife and kids and talking inappropriately to them. My family was very scared. We checked out an hour after checking in. Shady things going on at this hotel. Front desk reversed charges, im hoping to get a refund from Expedia. Went and stayed at a very nice Holiday inn.

Mostly good stay BUT there was a homeless guy sleeping by the entrance to the swimming pool so I had to wake him to enter. The whirlpool water was very cloudy and dirty so we couldn't use it.
On the good side, our room was very nice. Comfy bed and big bathroom.

Overall the hotel was fine, definitely needed a bit of work. There was hair in the shower, furniture scratches on the wall, the hall TV monitor didn't work, holes in the bath towels, and very limited channels on the TV. What was good was the air conditioning system, bed was very comfortable, and staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd stay again if needed and if the price remains cheaper than other surrounding hotels, but it's not on the top of my list.

I feel like the room could have definitely been a little more cleaner. As far as the walls in the bathroom and in the room. The breakfast was terrible.
There was also a very large dog there that night that someone had on a leash. Not friendly jumping at my children growling at me when we got off the elevator. Definitely made for a frightful stay

On the edge of an unsavory neighborhood, but they told us to walk that way to get to restaurants (which ended up all fast food places). Women fighting in parking lot, ended up in room right next to us. Light fixture hanging into pool, but "use at your own risk"?? Hot TUP works (per sign). Gym closed but door wide open to it. No coffee maker. Lastly, too much activity outside - drug deals made at the front door!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We were sad to find both the pool and gym closed during our stay. The Hot Tub was open but we had 3 kids with us so the pool would have be great and it's something we were really looking forward to. Hopefully they will reopen soon. Our room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and offered a lot! I would stay here again.

The property itself is newer with nice furnishings. The upkeep is poor. Carpets and some furniture are badly stained. The walls are scraped. The artwork was damaged! The pool was closed because a light was floating in the water. We got new towels but no wash cloths and no new cups! The printer was out of ink so - no receipt and one was never emailed as promised. The beds were comfortable but the room was only marginally clean - we found food under the chair! WAY to expensive and I feel taken advantage of by the Wyndham name. I don't recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could have been better. The boiled eggs were rubbery and watery. Also, the bolt on my room door didn't work--needed to be fixed.
