It was ok, nothing special. It was clean and comfortable so I was happy about that

The view from the room was breathtaking. We had a view of the harbor of vineyard Haven. Everyday we saw the ferry come and go. It was like a scene from the movie Sabrina.

We had a really great stay! Staff is lovely, friendly and professional. The room and motel was very clean and nice.
When we visit again, we would prefer a bigger room, and one not at the road side of the building. The room was smaller than we expected and there was significant traffic noise.
We enjoyed to closeness to town and fishing, and the beach was very pleasant.

We came for Pinkwell and this hotel is convenient to public transportation, Stop and Shop, Gourmet French restaurant next door, Black Dog down the street and fresh seafood across the street. Bus stops right on front and leaves across the street. I ❤️ it, private beach, water and coffee provided.

Wonderful stay! Clean room with microwave, fridge, and table for eating. Extra bed to organize our clothes. Provided beach towels and coffee. Great private beach with chairs and view of the ferry. Big shared porch with benches. Free parking and easy walk to buses, ferry and the town of Vineyard Haven. Everything we needed for a relaxing vaca on the vineyard!

Given the timing, there were not very many options for my family and I to stay because summer in the Vineyard is so busy when we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly, but I’ll never stay at this place again from the outdated room, lack of cleanliness of the shower, I was ready to leave.

A perfect spot to stay for our short trip! Only a five minute walk from the ferry and bus terminals with lots of food options around. Friendly staff, the second floor balcony offered a beautiful view over the water, and the motel has its own private beach! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect for families with comfortably spaced room with a small kitchen. Loved that they provided clean beach towels to use on the private beach next to the harbor. Bed was a little springy but okay.

Hotel was good we were more than happy there the location was good and parking can’t complain the only thing to boggle about was the door was difficult to lock and needs replacing as it was very worn and I think I could have broken into the room very easily

All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was well presented. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lovely view from the beach at rear of property. We would stay again. The road side/front rooms can be noisy from the traffic.

This place is basically exactly as advertised. A basic motel with straightforward amenities. The private beach was great, though we were in town for concerts on Fri/Sat nights so we didn't spend much time there. Beds were comfortable. Room included a kitchenette and full sized refrigerator which was handy. Centrally located and a short walk from the ferry. Parking was a bit of a competition, as their main lot fills up. But the secondary lot is just across the street and free parking was really helpful for us. We would definitely stay here again if we are back out on the island.

Our room was spacious and clean with a view of the water. My 11 year old daughter loved the beach that was right outside our door. We all loved having such a comfortable room right on the water with beautiful views of the harbor.

It was a nice location but we had no maid service to to understaffing and we didn't even get our garbage taken out the 4 days we were there.

Clean room, very serviceable kitchenette, easily walkable from the ferry, the bus to Edgartown and beyond. Lovely hotel owner and helpful staff. We will return

It's a great deal for this expensive area. Room came with a kitchen and tons of towels (including beach towels) and very comfortable beds. The harbor is perfect for sitting at night or playing games with the kids. Loved the location and the shuttle bus drives past it so you can catch it right there.
