Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean. We stayed on top floor and it was very quiet. Only stayed one night for a wedding but would recommend.

Great room! However, we went for breakfast at 8:00 am and and was nothing left and had to request waffle mix, bagels an other items. We had 2 hours before the breakfast ended and we felt it shoukd of been stocked for breakfast!

This hotel is super clean and comfortable. Dylan at the front desk is great.

The shower handle has mold growing on the caulking. The shower head needs to be replaced as it has build up on it and starting to spray on the walls. Housekeeping knocked on my door twice and woke me up before I was ready to get up. 🙁
I wanted to notify the front desk of these items when I checked out, but no one came to the fronk desk so i put my room cards on the desk and left.

We enjoed every amenity tge hotel was spectacular. The parking could be better and the packages should be talked about as far as what being a member is to get better parking that is available.

Friday night was okay, but we were awakened by a barking dog from like 6am-6pm. I reported it, ask for a transfer but nothing was done. Overall bad customer service. Also my blankets smelled like dog pee with was the worst to top it off!

Staff was very friendly/helpful. Room was gorgeous! Especially for the price. Great view. Lots of amenities, breakfast was fantastic, conveniences in the lobby helped after breakfast. Pool was beautful, but it's on the sunny side of the building and needs more umbrella or perhaps a covered area. Very hot, especially on chldren's feet. Only complaint: we asked for a bathtub and got a shower, and on the day we were supposed to have room cleaning, our room was left off the list. Had to ask for them to do it. No argument about any of the few things we asked for. Thank you Hampton Inn!

The Hampton was very clean and bed was comfortable. They offered free breakfast and customer service were always smiling. The hotel was very convenient and close to many restaurants. I would stay again.

This Hampton lived up to expectations based on our previous stays in different parts of the country except for one thing.
We were booked for 2 nights only and when we returned to our room the first night we found there had been no maid service, nor even replenished towels! Upon trying to call housekeeping we found the phone didn’t work. My husband had to go down to the front desk to ask for towels and was told they would make sure and clean our room in the morning (we were checking out in the morning). I guess the biggest issue was No apology, sorry for the inconvenience, nothing!

I prepaid for a wedding event that was advertised on the event. We weren’t offered a selection of rooms as others were, and we weren’t offered the “welcome package” as others were. For the rate we paid, I’m disgusted. Others had a a lesser rate, nicer room, and close to the rest of the party. I will be glad to share my experience with others and NOT stay here again. 0/10. Bye.
