The hotel was very nice. friendly staff and the breakfast area was very clean and had an omelet bar.

Good stay. This is a very nice hotel, but not luxury. Excellent value, we did not pay luxury hotel prices.
That said, very clean, super comfortable beds, good pillows, TV that swivels for foot of bed viewing to Living area viewing; kinda brilliant.
Kitchen area very utilitarian, mini fridge in the island, great space if you plan to use the kitchen.
Shower good, minimal amenities but again, we absolutely got what we pain for.
Great elevators, never waited more than 30 seconds

Internet was out the whole time from when I arrived until I went to bed at midnight. Unacceptable! And prevented me from completing my work online.
Location is not within reasonable walking distance to any restaurants. Small (and expensive) food menu in bar area.

The lady in omelet counter was very rude when i asked for a plain omelet for my little one, i had to kind of beg as its was not part of their standard menu, it was not impossible she did make it at end and said its only for today and i did not bother her next day

Beautiful property… They just need to do more walk-thrus.. Someone spilled a drink in the elevator on Saturday afternoon and the spill was still there Sunday at checkout. Someone on my floor was smoking a VERY illegal tobacco and the smell was very concerning. Reported to the desk agent.

The room and property were beautiful. Parking was an unexpected deposit of $50 per day. The room was pretty clean, did find a used item beside bedside table and toilet seat was dirty.

Beautiful and clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety and comfortable seating. We felt super safe with the use of cards to access doors and elevators and parking garage. My only complaint was that as older people without good tech skills we would have appreciated a better explanation of how to access elevators and parking garage. Garage is very tight parking.

Our main lack of satisfaction concerns the bed which was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Also, there were no comfortable chairs that provided good support. We were also surprised at the extreme slowness of the elevator system. On the plus side, the shower was designed well and parking was convenient.

My stay was absolutely fantastic, I work at the nearby hospital and go to school literally behind the hotel and it is very convenient to be to be able to walk to work, walk to school and walk to grocery spaces and not have to commute over an hour one way everyday. The hotel staff from the front desk, kitchen staff, cleaning staff and management were all so sweet and understanding. Friendly was everyones middle name! I love this hotel and being able to cook and clean and just have a safe environment and normal routine

Be aware of limited parking, and a $15/ night parking fee. Our first room smelt like smoke, but the nice staff was more than accommodating to change our room. The staff was nice, the breakfast was okay, the omelet station put this ahead of the typical hotel breakfast.

I love the room and I had a nice view. The bed smelled freshly laundered and was comfortable.
The shower had nice pressure and everything looked spic and span. They had extra toilet paper there in case you ran out.. The hallways could’ve used some maintenance as far as vacuuming.
The set up was odd as far as checking in. When you come in, you have to go to the third floor as your main floor. The elevators were strange and you had to push your floor before you got in so once you were in if you didn’t push your floor, you were stuck until it opened again, then you had to get out and push your floor. It was a learning experience. ! Was not unpleasant.

The elevator system is the WORST! You punch your floor into the keypad and when you get in, the elevator does not go in your direction. It will go all the way up and then go down. I was on floor 6, wanted to go to floor 3, it went to floor 9 and then 8, then 7 etc. It makes no sense. And the parking is horrible. You have to park across the street. It was pouring rain and we got soaked.

Water pressure was great in the shower. Bed was comfortable. The gym was small but well equipped.
The breakfast I thought looked great but didn’t taste good. It was nice to have a little store with some snacks and drinks to purchase but it was pricey. Would stay here again. Front desk was very nice.

Staff represented the Hyatt with professionalism. Had a smile and very courteous. Explained everything about the amenities and locations. Room was clean and very pleasing and spacious. Breakfast was great, a little more than the norm with the omelet to order, the lady that cooked them was awesome.

The property is in a good area. Every now again I heard a siren i guess because my room was near the road area. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. With regards to the cleaning of the rooms, it was not done every day which was fine but when it was done, you can see that the floor was not vacuumed, the dishes was left in the kitchen and the towels were not changed. There was also a tissue between the night bureau and the bed that was there when I checked in and I left it there after my room was cleaned twice by the maid. Please check room 512, it may still be there. With regards to the breakfast, the sausage appeared to be frozen and heat up and didnt have a good taste. Some of the fruits were a bit off and you could see that they were beginning to spoil but still put out for the guests to eat. If you work on these lil pointers your hotel will be a great hotel.
